They (Nissan of North Olmsted) came out forthright and said that they would not want me to purchase a new rim from Nissan because it is $1,000. They recommended going around finding someone who could refurbish your rim or else get a rim from a salvage yard. I asked for recommendations and this was the first card he gave me. He said he heard good things about them. I drove straight there and was totally impressed. Alloy was the only shining bright light on this day. He could repair the rim, solder it back to shape and the cost would be $200. It was available by noon the next day for pick-up. A pleasure to deal with - Greg, the general manager, seemed to be the only one in the office. He seemed to handle everyone professionally (men, women, phone calls, etc.). They do a lot of high-end cars that are getting customized rims - tons of Mercedes there. I highly would recommend a visit there for your wheel needs!

He asked the girl who checked us in if she could just let tech know to double check before they give customers wrong info. She pulled the tech aside and told us tell him yourself, so my husband did. Tech had nothing to say except "ok" and gave him a dirty look. There was no "hey we were wrong we apologize"... just nothing. When cars were done my husband tried to tell the tech have a good day and he walked away and didnt even acknowledge him. We came here because ive been a customer in the past and never had an issue. 1. Not having the knowledge to know the difference between AWD and FWD - not good if youre in the vehicle repair business. 2. Not offering any kind of apology when it was YOUR mistake, just bad manners. 3. Walking away and not acknowledging a customer who was polite but pointed out your mistake and told you that you were wrong - unprofessional. We wont be back.

I showed up on a Saturday RIGHT before they closed in hopes I could drop off my wheel for them to fix the next business day (Monday) & they were so nice about it & ensured they'd be able to fix my rim. I also was able to text them before coming in with a picture of my wheel & they were so responsive. I picked up my rim/tire on the following Wednesday however it was ready for pick up on Tuesday! So it was quick, good work. I waited until 3-4 months passed before posting my review and my tire is in great shape still. They also offer a 90 day warranty on any work/service they did!
