Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. It all felt very impersonal. She prescribed meds and a lab order but never sent the meds to the pharmacy. That took 2 weeks of calls and messages to get filled. After several requests to refill those meds after 6 mos I got the run around again. Both myself and the pharmacy received no response or refill. I was told I would receive callbacks from the office manager and never did. They finally refilled the medication with zero refills which felt retaliatory. Because of this lack of care or even interest, a grievance was was filed and I have changed doctors. I do not recommend Dr. Bailey, and based on others reviews I'm not the only one.

Very knowledgeable and willing to listen. One day I messaged her, right after Christmas 2025. She usually gets right back to her patients, at least in my case, but in this case it was several weeks with no response so I figured maybe she was on a vacation. I was quite taken back when I found out that she had left the practice as I had just saw her a week prior to Christmas. . I never heard from her and I was pretty close to her as a patient and she knew so much about me and my medical and health needs. She helped me profoundly and I was absolutely grieved to see her go. It has been difficult to find a doctor like her. I have several conditions and a rare disease. She did not hesitate with unconventional and traditional approaches, and to listen to the patient and their needs as well as how they were feeling, to together come up with the solution that would alleviate the issues as well as provide hope for getting on a good path to overall health and well being and move forward to see what will work optimally for each of unique case.
