He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. However, when I got home and checked my car I noticed that the car wash missed several spots including the back windshield. Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.
