THE WORST! I had my car washed and the person doing the interior obviously spilled some kind of cleaner that left a big stain on front passenger seat. I thought it was just a wet spot but it left a huge stain after drying. I spoke to the "manager" who was extremely rude and she told me they couldn't do anything about it. Wasted $30 + $4 tip! The cleaners damaged my car seat. They broke the seat casing by leaning their body weight on it. It cost me $400 to repair. I sent photos to the manager, I sent the repair invoice and called them over and over. They did not apologize, they dodged my calls and took no accountability for the damages. I had the basic car wash today 8/29/24. When I got in my car after he vacuumed, my seat (fabric) was very wet. I asked for a dry towel & they said didn't have any. One finally brought me some plastic. After leaving, I noticed the windshield still had bug remains stuck on, so I went back & asked them to please clean my windshield. He said it wasn't coming off, so I showed him that if you rubbed harder it would. He walked away & threw down his towel & said "I don't make enough money to work that hard!" I haven't been here since last year bc I just wasn't spending money on incidentals while unemployed but, now that I'm good to go financially again I looked em up to check their hours of operation today and saw they were closed on Sundays. Slightly bummed I can't go today I realized their reviews were more negative than positive and I was shocked by this. I've been to this car wash at least 5 times and have never had a bad experience. I've also spent hundreds of dollars having professional detailing work on my vehicle before and while I can appreciate the amount of time and effort that goes into those detailing jobs I also understand that kind of extreme deep cleaning isn't always necessary. What make this place so great is that for just $50 (the works package plus tips to your vacuum peeps) you're basically getting a quickie detail sesh to maintain your sanity and keep your vehicle looking fresh. Hopefully I can swing through tomorrow and get the same kind of quality job I've received in the past, and if you read this review and also go get your car done here and feel like the service they provide is worthwhile, maybe you can pay it forward and leave them a nice review bc this world needs more positive words and good vibes floating around. I paid $36 for a car wash and the outside looks good, but the cup holders are still sticky. The steering wheel and monitors are still dusty. This car wash is very inefficient. Waited over an hour for a wash and for them to 'clean' the inside. Windshield still has dead bugs on it, passenger windows were not cleaned at all, fingerprints still all over them. Seats still had crumbs and debris all over them. Was it perfect? No Did it save me from having to do it? Yes I could have paid over $100 to have someone detail my vehicle but money doesn't flow that way for me. My husband took it over for me, to have them just wipe it out & have it look nice. It only cost me $ 40....my husband tipped $20. So I still came out less than the cost of a detail. Update: this place has done a complete 180 and we couldn't be more disappointed. I went back for an upgraded car wash a few months ago and they did a pretty shoddy job. Then my husband tried them again last week. They are now staffed with rude, profane teenagers yelling and cursing at each other in front of customers and AT CUSTOMERS WHO WERE LEAVING. The girl who had to drive my husband's car from the automated wash to the place where the kids were cleaning the interior started cursing loudly when she found it to be a manual. Another kid was screaming expletives and throwing his towel around when he got tipped $2 after cleaning an SUV. After all this, it took an hour to get a shoddy clean AND they raised their prices to $18 for a basic car wash. We will be finding a new place to get our cars cleaned. I visited the carwash on 11/26 for exterior and interior wash. The worker who cleaned the interior has accidentally broke the button that controls the mirrors. I called the store and spoke with the manager on 12/03. She said she would let the owner knows and the owner will contact me about the damage. I didn't receive any phone call so I called back on 12/13 and I was told that the owner was on vacation and just got back. He/she will review the messages and call me back. No call back so I called again today on 12/20, I received the same message that the owner has been on vacation and just got back. This is an example of irresponsible and poor customer service! Minus one star for difficulty entering the business. Conveniently located off of 275 in Fort Wright, the congestion from KY-17, Orphanage Road, and the neighboring Walmart make it inconvenient to access Ms. Classic. The entrance to the business is a left hand turn a block between two busy intersections and no stop light for oncoming traffic. I typically take pride in washing my own vehicle, but in the winter it's hard to find sunny and warm (enough) days to make that happen. So I wanted to find a place that does a quality job on the exterior. Ms. Classic was recommended to me by a friend - so I wanted to give it a shot! From the looks of this place - it seemed like they were just giving washes away - it was PACKED at 11:30 AM on a Wednesday. The operation is extremely efficient. You wait in line, pull up to a stand where there's an attendant who marks down what service you're looking to have down. They then hand you the paper to take inside and to pay, and they pull the car through the wash. While Ms. Classic offers full service (interior and exterior), I opted to just get my exterior cleaned. I selected the "Ultimate Car Wash" which was $10.95, went inside and paid. The desk attendant asked when I paid with card if I needed cash back to tip, AKA they want you to tip. Overall, the wash was well done. It's definitely a quick service, but I like that they do an underbody spray and also hand dry the vehicle with towels. They even have you inspect the car before you leave to make sure it looks as you expect. Update: I returned for a full service wash, in and out. I made the mistake of handing my tip to the guys who did the interior work as I was walking to the car. He then neglected to do a walk around, and simply walked away after handing me my keys. I noticed the next day that my Yeti tumbler was missing from the cup holder. I sent a message to the owner on the website with no response. I called to check to see if it had been turned in, and the answer was no. Mistakes happen, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I won't be back. read more

My dog sheds like... well, a dog.. and they got up virtually all of the hair which I have never been able to do myself. All the employees I interacted with were super friendly. The two that were drying and tire work could have cared less, just wanted the tip. Wheels were still dirty (brake dust) and not much tire dressing on it at all. They literally spend 4 minutes on it after it came out of wash area (I timed it). Maybe my bar is too high since I am from the other side of the river and know of a few places that would charge the same or less and get more attention to detail. I think the detailing crew dragged a dirty hose across the door openings and banged it against the door exteriors. Management just shrugged and took my number but the owner has not returned my calls. When they call me over to tell me my car was done, the floors of my car had not been vacuumed, dirt every where. I spent $24.00 and 40 minutes for my car to still be half wiped down on the driver side and not barely touched by the female that was supposed to clean the right side, The smell inside my car when finished smelled like moldy rags. This should have included wheel cleaning according to their sign but they didn't and when I asked I was told no, that just means they use better oils and cleaners inside. Huh? I just watched you use the same cleaner that was used in every single car (5 were being done while I waited). My car is only 3 months old and wasn't exactly dirty, the main reason I went was to have the bird poop washed off. Imagine my surprise when I pulled into the garage, got out of the car, and found remains of bird poop still in many places. There wasa chewing gum wrapper on my back seat (not mine) and they didn't bother to vacuum the hatch though I watched others get vacuumed while I wasthere! Beyond that, when I went to pay there was what was supposed to look like a line of coke on the counter. When I looked at it, the woman working said oh the kids did it, and left it there. I'm not sure why I continue to visit this establishment. I cannot say I've had a single good experience with this company..I would say the customer service would make this place even remotely redeemable but they must place a hiring ad for hiring specifically people with horrible customer service skills. My car is all returned to me with a "spit shine" as I like to call it when I purchase the most expensive package they provide and honestly a high school car wash for a $5 charity could preform a better cleaning service. The radio is always reset to something I never put on. My car is by no means a large task, I even remove any trash before arriving. I'm not sure what they do besides quickly and erratically vacuum my floor board and lightly dust the dash. Three times now I've been highly disappointed. The young boy who was busy chatting with other people and swinging a rag around the passenger door gave me attitude because my phone rang to the car, not sure the issue with that. If I could leave 0 stars, I would after my experience yesterday afternoon. After going through Ms. Classic wash, I noticed that there were several noticeable white nicks on my black Cruze while inspecting it with the technician. The marks were not just in one place but on several areas around the vehicle. I am a very reasonable customer and understand that no job is perfect, but it was VERY noticeable and they were all over. When noting the problem with staff, they were initially very nice, especially the front desk worker, and offered to call the owners. When the owner, Andrew B Wobster arrived ten minutes later, he was not so nice! Upon looking at the marks, he shrugged his shoulders and said that there was nothing I could do to prove that his machine caused them. He then continued to tell me that it was to be expected that the car would not come completely clean from his wash, and that if I wanted a better clean, then I should go to another higher end wash. He said (paraphrasing), "This is a $20 car wash, what more do you expect?" Towards the end, when I persisted to ask that he take ownership, he became very nasty with me, calling me a liar and telling me that he had another business to run and did not have time to deal with me any longer - this was over the course of about ten minutes. I apologized for taking so much of his time and without another word of apology or offer to refund; he hopped in his car and drove off. Once the owner left, I was also screamed at by another employee for talking too loudly about the incident on my phone - because "other customers could hear me"- and for not moving my car from the inspection station until I could have a report filed. This worker was so out of hand that another employee had to step in and remove him from the situation. I am more disappointed with how the owner and other employee chose to act than I am about the nicks on my car. Clearly, based on the owner's actions, this is the precedent he sets with his staff for how to treat customers. Mr. Wooster was a grade-A jerk throughout the entire experience. To our disappointment, there was dog hair on the seats, bird droppings on the front of the car, the rear view mirror had not been cleaned and the interior had not been Armor All protected. They cleaned the car for about ten minutes. So that is $5 for ten minutes of work. If they do a car every ten minutes, that is $30 an hour.
