For one, they don't know how to tighten bolts on oil pans and will leave your undercarriage covered in oil. Secondly, they'll lie right to your face and tell you some nonsense lie that has nothing to do with the issue because they can't own up to their mistakes. Went to get the bolt tightened on the oil pan that they left loose and they still didn't tighten it all the way. On top of that, they didn't top off our oil and put a filter in that we didn't need only to jam it into position causing more issues. Horrible service, I don't see how theyre up and running honestly.

Just recently i brought my 2018 HD Ultra Limited to Ben to detail. I was in a rush because i was trade it in. This motorcycle has seen a lot of miles and looked in fair condition. Ben did such a good job i credit his work for getting me 9 out of 10 on the trade in inspection at the dealership. If you have been through this process before you know that is saying something. Ben took my motorcycle late in his business day and worked on it and had it ready by 9 o'clock the next morning. YES, with all businesses you will have good and bad experiences. I have known Ben for over 30 years and i know him to be honest. You can even read in the comments that he owns his mistakes. Either it was their water or an unknown mix of chemicals being used but whatever it was it left my cars finish and windows an absolute mess with chemical trailed streaks, an oily haze/residue and terrible water spots. I rewashed my car twice, their rinse water never cleared of whatever "pink" chemical content it had flowing through? I even used their "spotless rinse" just to see if it would help....car finish was still an absolute mess in the end. Finally gave up and brought my car home where I washed it to an actual clean state, then had to rub out the real bad streaks & spots then re-waxed and buffed the entire car back to a clear shine. So unless you want a self imposed "longer than expected car detail project" to clean up the mess caused by this supposed "auto spa', save yourself the grief and skip this location altogether!.

Easy to use, pull through the gate area and it scans the membership from the registered license plate. Then you are guided to to point to put the car in "N" and the car was does the rest. Upon exiting, there is a pull in spot to do all the rest. Vacuum, wipe down interior, and use air to blow out any dust on the dash board. All is included in the price.
