Full of fun spring styles that you just can't get at a fast fashion mall type of place. You can tell so much thought, time and passion goes into the design and pieces picked. At one point she simply said, "Get what you feel. Get what you think." And that was exactly what I needed to hear. This person happens to be my birthday twin, so I initially thought I was going to go with garnet. But then I found the most beautiful silver lotus earrings! One pair was $15, or two for $25, and since I was shopping on a budget, the lotus earrings were perfect. And honestly, how could I pass up a lotus? After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here
