Was super excited to visit this shop they open at 12 I arrived at 1120 checked out the smoke shop next door... 12 pm no one has open the security gates 1205 I get out looking around and I'm guessing the guy who open the store realize and jumps out the truck when we come in no one takes the time to greet us nor talk to us ... You can bring your Old new or used staff, get price appraisal, they most likely gives you store credits, so you can pick other stuff in the store. In My case I always go for a pair of Jordan or Nike Dunks. And for that I love going to this Store. The workers are friendly and informative. They definitely can go for a Bigger Store though. i love going to streetwear clothing stores, so i have some knowledge of the realm. the customers service was nonexistent. i did not like how this store sold mostly Bape, Supreme, Essentials, and shoes. it is somewhat of an injustice to only sell three brands, but i guess it is what sells. what really brings me down is the fact that their shoes looked questionable. im not going to say they sell fakes, but i would be cautious as some of the colors/quality vary. they sell a lot of yeezys here, so i would consider looking online before buying here. 3/5 stars - lack of selection, questionable shoes, and little to no customer service. read more

I've been going to wangs for the past couple of years now and have to say it's a great shop, great staff that always bring good vibes when you're shopping! I must say that they are a bit overpriced... you will probably be able to buy some shoes on StockX for $100-$200 cheaper than you would be able to at wangs, wangs closet has high prices for their items... But what do you expect? If you're in the streetwear game you gotta understand the hustle, if you love streetwear and are willing to pay extra money to support a local business I 100% recommend going to wangs closet. What a joke. Place low balls anything that you try to bring them and taxes anything you want to buy. Brought in 2 pairs of used sneakers in great condition. These sneakers were the same sneaker, just in different sizes. Brand new these sneakers are going on GOAT for 300-400 dollars depending on the size. Used on GOAT, they're going for 180-250 depending on the size and condition. They offered me 100 dollars for BOTH. An absolute joke. Then they tax on everything. Pair of deadstock yeezy static black non reflectives size 4 marked at $480, when a deadstock pair on GOAT is $340. This place is a JOKE who's business solely relies on people who have no idea what they're buying and just want to go for the hype. If you're willing to let your clothes go for 200 dollars under what they're worth, this place is for you. You're better off selling your things on Grailed. Oh and they say they buy denim, but when I brought in a stack of BARELY worn Levi 501s and Ralph Lauren denim, they didn't want it simply because they said they have enough. Don't advertise that you buy denim if you turn everyone who brings in denim away because you can't get rid of your denim that is overpriced. read more

Super rude when I brought in jeans to sell. If my jeans aren't worth a lot of money fine, they could have told me politely what they're worth and let me choose whether to sell them. But when part of your business relies on trade-ins, it's ridiculous to basically reject a trade-in (or insinuate that if I were a smaller size they'd want my jeans!), even if you have "stockpiles" of jeans available to sell. I felt like they wanted me to leave so they could keep talking. Even putting this bad experience aside, I've been here a couple times and every time they've either been apathetic about trade-ins or their stock has been poor quality. I gave it a shot, but I won't be coming back here. read more

Rolled up to Wangs to trade a pair of older shoes that I had, dude looked them over and asked how much I was looking for and I said $250 and he said well the market on these is pretty high I'd give you $350. I'm not a reseller, so I don't really keep up on stuff like that. Homie could have easily accepted $250 but he didn't. Honest establishment, and really good people. Even if the prices are close/more than other resell platforms I'll only buy from Wangs and suggest others do the same. read more

This place makes you feel unwelcome and insulted. Brought in some clothes and they told me I can get in store credit and then once I found nothing but Travis Scott merch and Yeeyzs I told them I'll just use it a different day and was then told that you can't use your in-store credit at a different time even thought I know for a fact they're lying to me. They were insanely rude the entire time I was there and their reactions to me asking a question, made me feel like they could careless. I gladly walked my ass out of this place. Glad to know you treat your customers like this. Your entire business is ran off of people so maybe don't treat them like dog shit. If you want to get disrespected and pay insane prices then come to this place because they've got it. read more

Been going here since they were just a rack of random supreme shirts in the back of a vintage shop, I love this place. As a seller I've done at least $3000 worth of business here, never had any issues. The guys there are always happy to see me and nice to talk to. Very rude staff condescending make you feel unwelcome the guy who wears that hat that says chrome hearts is the main reason I don't go there anymore I don't know if he's new but definitely the rudest person I've meet he also almost hit my brother with a basketball while I was trying on shoes. The last time I was here all the employees were eating chicken right next to all that product there trying to sell. Your better off shopping online for a way better deal or somewhere less dusty honestly they don't take that well of care for their items and they also sell used items for new value overall your not missing out if you don't go here. read more

if you'd like to get ripped off go to wangs. They have store bought items still with the tags on them selling them above market prices. They also make fake off-white tees which is easily noticeable. Long story short, I'm disappointed with my experience at Wang's. I brought in my deadstock Yeezy's to sell and the employee assisting me asked where I purchased them. After telling him, he told me they are fake. He only inspected the shoe for 3 seconds. The other employee there seemed to think they were legit. The guy tried telling me the tagging inside the shoe was wrong, indicating they were fake. I purchased the pair on StockX last summer and still have the authentication tag attached to the shoe. I have heard of fake shoes still being sold through StockX and getting past authentication, but I never had a problem with them (plus I always inspect my shoes). After watching numerous comparison videos and contact with StockX, my pair is legit. My friend who's an avid sneaker head even inspected the shoe. I don't understand why this store would advertise that they are "buying local heat" but can't tell the true difference between a fake and real pair of Yeezy's. read more

The first time I entered Wang's I had a semi. Instantly walking into their brick and mortar shop of mystery I simultaneously wet my dry goods (good thing they had some spare Levi's for me on deck). I've been to plenty of boutiques around the US and this one is by far the best and realest I've ever been too! I usually stop in at least once a week cause their stock is always changing and you never know what you're gonna find here. (It's rumored one kid got an authentic Mogwai!!!) All the staff is super cool and very friendly! They're great with trade ins and very considerate with store credits! Prices are very reasonable and it's always so much better getting the in person purchase experience!!! I'm truly blessed to be living in a community with such a sick boutique!!! I came in to sell my Louis Vuitton, the 2 workers were very nice that worked, I had never been to a store like this before so they were very helpful with helping me decide what I want, traded my Louis Vuitton for a Gucci Mane Supreme shirt, and a Kanye West X Cactus collaboration tee, was so pleased with my experience I came back for a Jesus is King Sweatshirt from Chicago, and a Saint Pablo long sleeve, all around got everything for a decent price, only thing I would say is some of the stuff is a bit expensive, but it's the territory you're in! I have not been to a reseller store like this before. I took my teenage son with me, and he loved the store. I had some new shoes that I was interested in selling, and I met Clayton, and he was super cool, easy to talk to, professional and personable. Another customer came in and brought the store crew some Boba Thai tea; that act of the customer gifting drinks to the crew told me a lot in itself. One employee doesn't drink Thai tea too much, so I offered to buy it from him. He told me not to worry about it, and just gave it to me. An act of kindness, like that, goes a long way with me. So, I decided to go next door and buy him a Coke, because surely I couldn't drink "his drink" in front of him while he had nothing. When I gave him his Coke, he was super appreciative. Personal interaction like this is priceless, and customer service is dry and dead without this type of ability to connect with customers. The staff was legit, the store was clean, the store products were fantastic looking, whether new or used, and the atmosphere was inviting. I'd 100% surely return without any reservations. Great store with lots of clothes. Lots of great finds that are well priced. Usually resale stores or consignment stores charge out of their minds but i was pleasantly surprised. Plus I read the one star reviews and actually felt bad for the store, these crazy people bring in fake or just worthless clothes expecting to get ridiculous amounts of money for them. For example i was in the shop when a gentleman brought in a pair of yeezy zebras that were obviously fake. He said he got them from finish line, where they were never sold. When told of the non authentic nature of the item he freaked out screaming and making a scene, almost in a attempt to get into a fight. He was forty and should act a lot more mature. After the confrontation he burned out the parking lot almost tanking out one of the pedestrians. These are the type of people giving the one star reviews. read more

The selection here is constantly changing, their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and easy going! These guys are some of the most kind people in Arizona! They are experts in vintage, designer pieces, and hype items! They have a very talented designer named Lonzo who has helped me design the perfect pair of custom denim! Anthony has given me some of the best thrifting advice, and the owner Nate is the most down to earth dude! Never have I ever felt rushed into buying anything or seem forced into an unwanted sale. I have done thousands of dollars of business with this fine gentleman and will continue for years to come!
