I've been here multiple times now…read more Tonight I was grabbing dinner and was intrigued by the table of books out front labeled "$6 books or 3 for $15" and it was loaded with goodies. I walked out with Michelle Obama's book in mint condition for $5. Unreal. Inside is full of wall to wall coverage of books and vinyls. Heaven. It's very tidy and everything is organized by genre for both the books and the vinyls. The friendliest man works here - I believe he's the store owner. Very welcoming, softspoken, and extremely knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question, he knows where to point me. Not to mention he's always turning the tunes for a cozy and welcoming feel as you browse. Couldn't recommend this place more. Go check em out!

The first time I stopped by, it was closed, but I called anyway. Eleni answered, and she couldn't have been kinder. She's hard of hearing, but she was incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely excited to open up and help me find the kinds of records I was looking for. I'm really glad I went back. The selection was great, and what stood out even more was the atmosphere. A couple of other people were there chatting, helping her out, and digging through records of their own. It felt like a true neighborhood record store where people gather because they love music. That's getting harder to find these days. If you're in the area and enjoy vinyl, it's absolutely worth a visit. Just remember to bring cash, because it's cash only. Small businesses like this deserve the support.

This CD is truly a blessing from the heavens and delivered to us via the prophet Robert. This is both the greatest album in history, and the greatest album of today. This is what happens when you search through a vault of precious 24 karat gold, and still manage to leave with the highest quality platinum. This CD ruined all other albums for me, nothing else even holds a candle. The beautiful singing, the masterful guitar work, the majestic drumming, God I can't even accurately describe how exquisite it is. I immediately wished to purchase this masterpiece, but as this work of art was so coveted, as at the time there was zero information easily findable on the internet, the store owner and I reached an agreement. We would do research on how much the CD originally sold for and I would later return to this treasure trove to agree on a price. 1 week later I made my return, and after discovering that it originally sold for an affordable 5 U.S dollars, the prophet Robert, in all of his wondrous generosity, let me have it for 10. That is the story of how I obtained the pinnacle of human expression in music form on one, inexpensive, incredible CD. All at reasonable prices. I love the bins of action figures; you never know who you'll find! Free handicapped parking can be found in the metered lot behind the shop on Chestnut Street. There are also several handicapped spots on Moody Street. Shop is handicapped accessible, though it is a pinch cramped in the back. I've been able to maneuver with a rollator and cane. I've seen records that go for $3 (with better sleeve conditions) at other stores sell for $12-15 at Planet. I understand the location is probably quite expensive for them. I had bought a suit coat and pants for a wedding. I went to the wedding in the suit and realized upon getting home that I had sat on something that had caught and created rips in the seat of the pants. (Don't ask how I did not know what I had done when I did it, but yes, the wedding party was great FUN.) I took them back to see if they could be fixed. Nothing could be done. Knowing that this was my fault, they gave me another set of the pants. Seriously??? In this day and age???
