Getting in all of my records in was a huge hassle because I couldn't get confirmation. They would say they would get back to me and never would. I finally went in to see Dr. Welsh, and she was nice and seemed very helpful, she was going to speak to a periodontist that I had provided records from years ago and get back to me. I called two weeks later. There was no follow up. Called two weeks after that, and after a month wasted of waiting for a response, was told to schedule a perio appointment. Then, when I completed the perio appointment, getting my records from the periodontist to Jupiter Orthodontics was another hassle. I asked if they can call me when they get them in so I can make a follow up appointment, and the rude receptionist, Amanda refused. she said she would call to get my records in, then sent me a text that the office is closed and to do it myself. then I called her two weeks later and Amanda again asked me to be the middle man and email them in. I told her I don't understand why I need to be involved when they sent the referral to the other office in the first place. After I wanted to speak to her manager and the Dr. Welsh at Dr. King she refused to patch me to their voicemail or give me an email address. When she got off the phone, she called the Perio office and had my records sent over within a matter of minutes. She wasted 2 weeks not following up. I needed a tooth removed and Dr. Chisari referred me to the periodontist right next door for that procedure. My wife's case required extra care due to an implant but Dr. Chisari was able to make corrections and created a perfect fit. Dr. Chisari was also able to create new retainer trays for my daughter so she can keep her teeth aligned for many more years to come. I was seen by three other dentists AFTER treatment, who all said the lower teeth had been moved back. Top row and bottom rows were misaligned and I had a cross bite, deep bite, and overbite AFTER the braces were removed. I talked to the dentist and he told me it could take another 2 years to correct. I received a partial (1/3) refund of $516. If I had the choice, I never would have gone here. Now, I need to get braces again.
