Then they blamed my child for her previous color when they used product they knew wouldn't work. And when I held them accountable they were dismissive. They hit her face countless times. Yanked and pulled her hair. And the worst part is it was a licensed cosmetologist TEACHER who did most of the work. And then kept saying they are students! Orbit you weren't. Student were you?!?! Do not go here they plop color on your head and ruin it with no remorse and call it a learning opportunity. A young girls hair is a large part of her confidence. And they took that away! Shame on you for operating this way! Shame on you! I hope you close down! Even your students think the teachers are horrible and rude and disrespectful! These are people not mannequins!
