When I called trying to get these things addressed the following day trying to get my complaint addressed I had the misfortune to speak to Devin who apparently has the IQ of a houseplant, the customer service skills of a rock and the emotional and intellectual maturity of a 5 year old. Trying to pass the buck at every turn while gaslighting me. I won't tolerate being treated like garbage by these entitled customer service representatives that think we should feel privileged they even speak to us. When I had enough of his nonsense I asked to speak to another agent which he refused. He then gave me Ryan's number and I texted him or left a message but I received no response. I called again the next day and spoke with another agent who said they would notify him and he would return my call. No response. I am a licensed healthcare profession, I am a veteran, I was a 9/11 first responder. Other than the price gouging State Farm engages in the thank you I got for any of my service was to be treated with disrespect and disdain. I wouldn't go near this agency again if they were the last insurance carrier in the state. I fired this agent and moved to another. The verdict is still out on State Farm itself but I won't do business with obtuse people who have no understanding of what customer service is.

I asked her to confirm that price and came back and said that "is our rate". Sure wish I would have been told that up front. To their credit, the CPA I had appeared very knowledgeable but WAY OVER PRICED. FOUR FORMS at $650. I feel priced gouged. And the CPA never came out to explain what was done or why the price is so high. And yes, I have used CPA's before and NEVER got an invoice this high for so little work done. Good firm but expect HIGH fees. Would have given them 5 stars but their high fees dropped them down to 3 stars.

It is now April 8 approximately six days before tax deadline and we have yet to receive our taxes even though they were relatively simple to do. I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect to receive my taxes for filing, but even though I have left my name and number with the receptionist, have not received any phone calls whatsoever from any anyone in this firm. I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks. I think it's quite obvious that I do not recommend these people or preparing taxes.
