Customer service told my wife that through the website you can only do, and for an exchange we would have to drive to a Levi's Outlet Store. There are only two of these in our state, so we made plans to drive an hour to Edinburg one weekend. When we got to the Levi's Outlet Store in Edinburg, we were told that they could not simply give me a different size, as the prices were different. They told me I would have to pay extra because when we bought the jeans they were on sale... I don't know of any other store where you can buy a product on sale, have it be the wrong size, and then the store charges you extra for an exchange a because it's not on sale anymore. So I don't know if Levis customer service gave us the wrong information, or if this Edinburg Levi's Outlet just has policies that go against common sense, but either way our day was ruined, and we ended up just returning the jeans. I hope my wife was just being silly, but she said this makes her want to get rid of all of her Levis, and switch to a different brand. Afterthought: by the logic of this outlet store, I could make a profit by purchasing a pair of jeans at normal price on the website, waiting for a sale at the outlet store, and then "exchanging" them for profit. It's a really nonsensical policy.
