I took my daughter in recently to be fitted for a suit for her swim team. The sizing on these kinds of suits is different from what you'd find if you were shopping at Target or Lands End, so I didn't want to guess. The associate who helped us was really helpful (I unfortunately didn't catch her name!) and gave us some good tips, especially that you want your suit to be on the tighter side so that it doesn't get baggy and slow you down in the water. My daughter felt like the first one she tried on was too tight, but the employee took a look and said it was just right. She gave her a tip on how to adjust the suit and straps so that it would fit a little more comfortably without digging into her shoulders. My daughter left her sweatshirt in the fitting room accidentally, and she was nice enough to run out to the parking lot to flag us down as we were leaving.

It has been a while since I purchased the products, but the way I was treated was definitely not acceptable. She tried to tell me that their bras have a life of six months, even though I wore them twice before they stretched out and became unwearable. I was also told that the store should be making this right, not their line. There was apparently no note in my account about this interaction between myself and the brand manager. My mistake here is that I did not contact anyone soon enough to make a complaint, but the REAL mistake is in purchasing the Soma bras in the first place. Shop someplace else.

From there we were able to narrow down my choice based on support, cushion, tightness etc. I eventually chose my perfect pair and was a very happy camper. So many times, I feel so overwhelmed bc there are so many options but Ian really took the time to help me which was greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service.
