Based upon my wife's opinion, the clothing seemed to be high quality but also came with a higher price tag than what she was used to paying. I literally just walked out of that place, having spent more than $60, and the old guy behind the counter was as rude as can be. I walked in, and I get that he had customers (a trendy, older couple, who seemed to have some change in their collective pocket), but my initial issue was that he barely even acknowledged my presence, and when he did, his tone went from pleasant to seemingly annoyed (not an exaggeration). So, I'm looking around the store, and I see a couple of things I liked, and the store clerk is just fully engaged with the couple and they're having what sounds like a nice conversation. As this is going on, I move to the other part of the store, and in doing so I walked past the clerk who was posted behind the register. As I passed him, in a very different tone, "let me know if you need any help." I immediately thought to myself, "wtf is this guy's problem?" Brushing it off, I continued shopping. Once ready to check out, I approached the counter where the clerk was just chatting it up with this couple, who had all ready made their purchase, so i am kept waiting while this conversation concludes. After they finally left, I then laid my items on the counter and you could have heard a pin drop.. not a word from the clerk. And then when he finally does speak, he's got that same tone again. Now, I know that I did not come in this store, causing anything or doing anything that would merit being treated like that. I'm guessing he assumed I didn't have money or something. I don't know, I speculate, of course, as I have no idea what goes on in the minds of crazy people. Even after spending more than sixty dollars, I didn't even get a thank you, he dropped my receipt in the bag as though were a piece of trash. Sorry to be so long about this, but things like this really irritate me. Who knows what his problem is? But if he treats people like that that are spending money at his store, then you all should avoid it, i know, I certainly won't be back, and I will be spreading the word.

Well, they have some regular hours for the holiday season and now is the perfect time to go see this Francine's, which is in the same location as 7th Avenue Nails & Spa. The owner, Tammy, is a wonderful lady and soooo friendly! The boutique has a nice selection of vintage women's clothing- mostly dresses and coats, a few pairs of shoes and some BEAUTIFUL vintage ladies' hats. Tammy told me that she focuses on acquiring clothing from the 30's-70's and she makes sure that every piece is in excellent condition. The prices aren't bad at all, and they are running a 30% off every item in the store sale right now. There's also a nice selection of vintage costume jewelry and some handmade scarves. As I mentioned, there are several vintage coats on the racks here, and when I asked Tammy about a particularly saucy leopard print one, she revealed that vintage coats are her true passion. The prices aren't bad at all, especially with the extra 30% discount! Since there's a nail salon here too, I happened to be lucky enough to pick up a few bottles of clearance OPI and China Glaze at only (drumroll please) $2 a bottle! Wow, I am really excited about these - four bottles for less than the price of one normally!
