Warehouse Coffee is a solid coffee shop option when in the Spring Hill area. It's always clean, nicely decorated, with cool air and inviting vibes. The service is friendly and efficient here. It really takes no time to get your drink. I love how they also create seasonal drink menus, I find myself tending to order from there. Today I chose their white mocha berry iced latte and it was delicious. It came with cold foam, as most options from the seasonal menu do (unless you switch it out for whipped cream which they also have). There are drink options for everyone here.. from matchas, to fraps to teas as well. if you're in the area, I'm sure you'll find something you'll like here.

Adorable coffee shop in Spring Hill. Love the lattes and right now I'm loving to seasonal Matcha w/ Ube. Plenty of pastries to choose from, I usually go for the pumpkin loaf. The girls at the counter have always been friendly and quick with my order.

This place has amazing coffee! We had the mint latte as well as a honey vanilla one. Both were very good. The service was excellent and very efficient . They take online orders as well. This coffee shop is very cute inside with many items you can buy, ample seating for families. 8/10 would recommend

Came here with a a few friends while in Saturday service. The menu selection is wonderful. There are so many different items to choose from food, tea, coffees, matchas and non-coffee drinks. The drinks and the food have a great taste. I ordered an iced strawberry matcha and split the ham and cheese croissant. The match was so fresh tasting. If you like local roasted coffee, they roast every Tuesday. There is also a gift shop inside where you can buy hand made jewelry.

Quick morning pick me up! Fab One & Yours Truly walked into this Steam-Punky Warehouse, loving the simple decor. We were in a 'Loving Spoonful' kinda mood so we split a delectable Chai Latte. Scrumptious, I tell ya. Then, keeping the love alive we both ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel. These were made to order, as evidenced by our first smiley bites. Really good. Service and style goes a long mile!

What a hidden gem this is! I tried the seasonal chocolate covered strawberry shaken espresso and got the chorizo breakfast burrito and I was blown away! I'm surprised I haven't heard of this place sooner but I will be back asap! Great service as well!

I was very excited to see a new coffee shop to try in Spring Hill! Very cute little coffee shop that has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There was a nice little couch to wait on near the pick-up counter. A little book nook with something to read while you enjoy your coffee. Cute merchandise to purchase. The place was super clean and the girl at the counter was friendly and helpful while we were trying to make up our minds what to get. I believe it may have been the owners in there as well working. We decided on the Chocolate Peanut Butter Iced Latte and the Smores Iced Latte. Both with Sweet cream foam topping. It was very yummy! We also decided to split a Spinach and Feta Croissant. It was so fresh and fluffy! We really enjoyed our first visit and will definitely be back!

Ham and cheese croissant

Very friendly service. All their food is from the Weeki Wachee candy store apparently so nothing is made in house - but still good quality. I had the ham and cheese croissant and an iced latte. I didn't care for the taste of the latte honestly but the croissant was delicious.

Another place I'm long overdue in reviewing, Tidal is one of the breweries I consider "local" to…read moreRidge Manor (which isn't actually local to anywhere). Tidal might have my favorite beers of any of them. I've become one of those IPA people over the years, and they're great with those, from West Coast to Hazy--but they're also solid with other styles, and seem to be particularly good with British styles, from ESBs to "mild" ales. The service there's always been fast and friendly, and I like the place's atmosphere in general: it's rarely too loud but it's still lively, making it good for both sitting down with a beer to do some writing and for chatting up people on the admittedly rare times I'm being chatty. While there's little food within walking distance--a problem with virtually any Florida suburb--there's a lot within short driving distance, and a taco truck recently set up semi-permanently in the parking lot. (I haven't had a chance to try them yet.)

Brewery #394 On our…read moreway back home from Tampa, I took an off the route a tad bit to stop at Tidal Brewing. Tidal Brewing isn't much on atmosphere, but they make up for it with a solid bunch of beers. Tidal is located in an old, somewhat rundown strip mall that is next to an abandoned gas station. Some of the parking places were the actual gas pumps or former gas pumps. The inside is fine with an assortment of board games, tables, booths and a bar. The beer is really good. I asked for a flight, but they don't have flight boards. You can get as many 5 oz pours as you want in pint glasses. The only issue here is carrying 6-pint glasses to your booth. No biggie. I was a big fan of their Horchata Porter, Turbid Waters (hazy IPA) and the Dunkelweissen. Pretty tasty. There is no food onsite but there was a Marco's pizza in the strip mall, some shady looking food truck around the corner, and a Latin restaurant next door. If I was just judging on the beer, 4 stars. The server was nice and if I was a local, I'd be a regular.
