I took my daughter here for breakfast this morning, she spilled her iced latte that she had only taken 2 sips out of. I cleaned up the mess myself and asked if they could please make her a new one. An older lady worker said "we can do it this time", not friendly at all with no smile. I thought that very pretty rude of her. Every other worker seemed really nice and assisted the customers with smiles. I think this particular worker needs to smile more and be more polite to her customers. Why wouldn't she say with a smile, I'm so sorry your daughters latte spilled I would be more than happy to make her a new one. Not a good experience! read more

The food was ok. Communication with the customer could be better. I didn't get a couple of items and I asked for water in a cup and I was told that they only have hot water. So, they charged me for a bottled water when I didn't ask for that. No clarification about what was on the bill. The bagel was very good and the ingredients too. The problem started when ordering a hot chocolate. The bagels came out in a good turnaround. There was about 3 to 4 people in line and We waited for the hot chocolate and nothing we sat down and in within 3-4 minutes the bagels arrived but no hot chocolate . So other people came by order and got their hot drinks and i was half way into the bagel and decided to go ask. I had my receipt and she didnt acknowledge me, So i did the line again and asked about my hot chocolate, around 10 minutes had passed from the time of ordering according to the receipt. Then she responded i have to take care of the line first. I said ok and went and sat down after already finished my bagel. The line kept steady for about 3-4 people ratio and I notice people would order their hot drinks and wait and received it after ordering. So i noticed 13 minutes had passed from by and 3 other people that ordered after me received their drinks. So i requested a refund , she started to do the drink and said I'm doing right now. At this point i do not know why she ignore my drink order after 2 attempts, either negligence, lack of training or simply other more bias reasons. But for sure this will be the last time going here. I was told i would be receiving the refund. Also parking at the front two spots is for curbside. Maybe they only care to cater to "to go" orders . Only they know. read more

Great food for a while but last time I was there, it seemed to be infested with flies there were atleast 5 of them flying inside where the muffins are at and a few more right by the door. Not sure if its safe to eat while there is many flies landing on the food. read more

Worst place to order food; not did they mess up the 4 sandwiches we received, the nasty tongue worker talked to me in a very belligerent manner. We were quite specific on how we wanted our sandwiches however that was not the case because the sandwiches were lacking lettuce and our chips. We also got a sandwich that wasn't even ours-I feel sorry for the customer that got the mixed up sandwich. After talking to the sharp tongue worker who acted like I should have known to take chips on the way out; I informed her that this was my first time there and I couldn't understand why the cashier just didn't tell me. This ordeal would not have been so bad if it was just one but it was ALL of the sandwiches and the female worker who was overtly hostile to me and my co-workers. I ordered from here through DoorDash, 5 bagels total (2 egg, 2 poppy, 1 wildberry), a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel, and a large iced latte. I'm sure this is an issue with the menu or possibly misreading the receipt but I only received 3 of 5 bagels, pretty frustrating and not the fault of the driver. The breakfast sandwich was okay, not a ton of flavor and the bottom of the bagel was soggy as most of the cheese came out and rested under the bagel itself and steamed in the foil. The latte was also not great and small for the price. I haven't tried the other bagels yet but I noticed no aroma and they don't feel super fresh. So far everything was just okay. read more

Found them in Uber Eats today! We tried the steak egg and cheese on a plain bagel and a Soprano on a jalapeño cheddar bagel. Food was fresh and delicious, would recommend! I'm surprised by the mixed reviews but I think you should try it if you're in the mood for bagel anything lol. Just the few health code violations I noticed from watching them for two minutes: - No masks by any staff - Using handwashing sink to wash food utensils - No hats/hairnet by several staff - No gloves by 2/5 people touching food Health inspectors will have a field day here. I have to say, they changed up their game tremendously!! I am more than happy to go back to a business I have done a bad review on and check it out again. This last time I went in, it was early morning during the week and I was VERY nicely greeted with a patient and helpful gentleman who went above and beyond. He even told me about a special they had where if you bought a dozen bagels, and you get two cream cheeses included! I even asked for the everything bagels to be bagged separately to not change the flavors of the other bagels and he did it without a thought. I am so glad I went back. Their bagels were amazing and so were the cream cheeses. Bagels went back to a good size and had great flavor. So I just got in from Cali and I have never been here. Ran into a snag. Was getting a bunch of deli meats for my family as a surprise straight from the airport. I ask for ham and they cut about 2 pounds and this rude girl says that's all the ham we have left so we are not going to sell it to you. I told them that I needed the ham and this rude chick was terrible HOWEVER, in comes Jessica to save the day , we came to a compromise and she was kind enough to give me like 1/2 at least. Something is better than nothing. So according to rude blond girl the MANAGER would get pissed. Well you better not get pissed at Jessica. She's the most professional and nicest person you have. The second thing is this. How is it ok that I could have bought a lunch sandwich (4oz) of ham each and got 8 of those sandwiches and basically got all the ham I asked for? You were willing to do that instead of just selling me the ham? Like I said, first experience was not good with blond rude girl just shouting "don't give him the ham". But you have a great understanding customer in Jessica. I have about $150 dollars worth of stuff I'm leaving with. Be good to your high end clients that are buying a lot mr manager. And promote Jessica. Her ability to defuse a situation and work with the customer seems to be the best thing there is about this place. read more

Bagels are hard and dense .... and you NEVER offer a bagel where the "hole" is dominant ... a real bagel is more dough than the "hole"....I'm a New Yorker ... and we know bagels!!! It appears that the water in this area had a lot of calcium...the idea water has low concentrations of calcium and magnesium, making the dough really soft. Harder water strengthens the gluten in the dough, thus, creating awful ( as here) tough bagels (bad ) But, I'm sorry the owner can use other techniques to make a better bagel ... no excuse to blame Florida for the mineral content of the water - not an excuse for lame bagels. read more

I ordered all of my food very well done the bacon was cooked fine. I wish the eggs were better. When I got my order the eggs were cold and slimy. I didn't think we'll done scrambled eggs were too hard to make but I guess that's what I get for assuming. On top of my food not being cooked to my satisfaction (which isn't hard i'm not too picky I just like well done food .. burn that shit I don't care) there was raw egg on the top of my roll. That can only mean one thing; they don't clean there utensils/work space properly. It can't be that hard. Another issue i have with them is they always, without fail, sell out of egg everything bagels by 9am. If they sell out of certain things so quickly they should plan to make enough to be supplied the entire day. It's not a hard concept. The previous owners had it running great. Whoever picked up needs to be more in tune to what their customers actually want. Thank you for my salmonella. I think you guys should take a trip to New York and learn how it's done.
