My friend never received it, but I thought it may have been lost in transit or stolen at her apartment complex. I never received an email with tracking information, and left a voicemail with their store number. I never heard back. Against my better judgement, I decided to reorder the item for my friend, but this time to my address to ensure it wouldn't be stolen. I ordered it in late November. After 2 weeks without receiving any shipping information, I called and left a voicemail. The next day, I texted their number. I texted again. I tried to send an email, which bounced back saying the address does not exist. I've lost all hope for receiving either package and hearing back from this business. The lack of communication is disappointing and I submitted a dispute with my credit card company to received a refund. I would not suggest anyone order from this company.

I purchased a print online as a Christmas gift under the assumption that it would come framed…read more Much to my dismay, it did not and I had to do some last minute scrambling to find a frame shop that would be able to accommodate irregular dimensions (20x22). I called the Frame Shop and was assured that the framing of my print would not be a problem, nor expensive. I dropped it off that day and, despite the fact that this is the busiest time of year for them, my custom made frame was ready the very next day. I received a very nice text notification from the owner to let me know that my item was ready for pick up. I could not be more impressed with the excellent and prompt service I received. My framed print came out absolutely perfect! I am so excited to give this gift to my best friend.
