Go anywhere else. Employees are frequently rude and unhelpful. Once saw a pump leaking gasoline and the employee said it wouldn't be fixed for another 2 weeks and they wouldn't turn it off to stop the leak. Employees don't know how to fill propane tanks, they tried asking my father if he knew how to do it himself because they couldn't. Today, none of the *brand new* pumps work. No signs or anything to signal the entire station is unusable. read more

Easy five stars. The gas station attendant is really nice..the gas stationed is owned by a sweet older lady who always spikes up a conversation with me. I went in to get gas and put my card into the machine, but the pump didn't reach. When I put the nozzle back to repark my car, the screen said that I'd been charged $10.01. I went to the front counter to ask why I'd been charged money when I hadn't gotten any gas, but the woman there gave me a condescending smile and said that what I was saying was impossible. I agreed that it's weird, so I offered to show her my dash to verify that my tank was still empty, but she seemed disinterested in hearing my story, just kept repeating that it was impossible. It wasn't really worth the argument, so I took the $10 as a loss and went to a different station. I got home and started reading the Yelp reviews, where Mandy G. mentions a mysterious extra charge. Today December 13th, 2021 went to Warm Springs Gas like I always do to purchase propane. When I asked to purchase propane I was told, " I am not going outside in the rain I do not want to get sick. I do not have health insurance.". I was shocked at the attitude of the female attendant. I use Warm Springs gas regularly as it is a neighborhood business. I am a regular customer for propane and fuel. I also explained that the propane is needed to heat my home and I was completely out. The attendant did not care. If this was the owner shame on you for you extremely gross customer service. I am disgusted with the way I was spoken to and treated. We as a community try and use small neighborhood businesses. Warm Springs gas is a Gross example of how a small business shows itself to the public. I would rather pay more and drive further for gas and propane. My boyfriend has been coming here for gas every week for 10 months as its super close to Wyotech. Every time he has used his debit as credit and has never had a problem. Today he was spent $36 on gas. As we were having dinner he checked his account and noticed they charged him a separate $124. we went back and the lady said it was a holding charge and it always happens and if it doesn't go away in 2 to 3 days to come back and see her. She kept changing her story after questioning saying 3 to 4 days. I told her this has never happened and I'm not happy with it. She was very elusive and didn't seem to care. I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's a shame there is one nice lady but the other clueless people bring it all down. read more

IF YOU INTEND TO USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT THE PUMP, THIS STATION IS A BIG WASTE OF TIME, especially during rush hours. I attempted to have a phone conversation with the owner about this issue (explained below) but a very mouthy & interrupting cashier made it impossible to hear the owner & conduct that conversation. EVEN THOUGH THE DEBIT CARD CHOICE IS PROGRAMMED INTO THE PUMP DISPLAY SCREEN AND DOES INDEED OFFER THE DEBIT CARD CHOICE, a "SEE THE CASHIER" message appears on the display ONLY AFTER selecting that choice & inserting one's debit card. The owner does post a very small red sign attempting to explain his policy of customer safety but it is very easy to ignore & miss, as it tends to blend in with all the other official pump signage. After traveling thousands of miles, selecting & using ATM debit as well as credit cards at gas pumps all over the US, this is the first station that chooses to waste my time with this issue over a customer safety? What's that about? This station resides in a safe neighborhood and on a very busy street as well. I suspect, however, it has more to do with the debit card usage cost to the owner. If the use of my debit card is more expensive for you, Mr. Station Owner, why don't you just simply charge an additional small fee like all the rest of the stations out there? Instead, you waste my time, drawing me into your pumps with low prices (and even lower cash prices) & the appearance of convenience only to stand in line to deal with a very obnoxious attendant AFTER your pumps' display have led me to believe otherwise. read more

Doesn't feel like an honest business. I came here for a propane take refill since it's always cheaper to do that than a tank exchange. I watched the guy fill my tank and the meter stopped at 3.2 gallons. As I go inside to pay, the guy charged me for 4 gallons even. I didn't argue since there was a line of people from him having to close the store to help me. You might have made an extra $2 this time from me Mr. Gas Man, but you've lost a customer for life. read more

Honestly this is probably the worst service I have ever gotten. I wanted to fill my propane tanks and as soon as I came in the lady started to yell at me. She was telling me to leave it outside. There are no instructions so how Ami supposed to know? When I asked what are her instructions again she yelled at me. This is the opposite how to run a business. 02/13/2021 10 am I've been a customer at this facility for many years have had many issues with this place with harassment and bullying today's incident really set me over the edge I pulled into pump gas in my truck but the nozzle in paid for my gas started pumping and there any other time I do I always clean out the excess trash in my truck and clean my windows and the owner and the lady came out screaming at me telling me I can't leave my trash in the trash cans cuz we don't have a cleaning lady no more and that I need to remove my trash and I cannot leave it I told her what if you did not want people dumping their trash in the trash cans you provide next to the pumps you should remove them she refused him she started screaming yelling at me tell her I'm not taking my trash with me you guys need to have trash cans for us to use while pumping gas she continued to get furious I then ended up raising my voice and telling her fine I'll take my business elsewhere and I'll never come back to this place this place is garbage I highly recommend nobody go to this place not to mention they have permits out of date for their liquor and other things highly recommend you guys find another place or use GasBuddy to find another gas station how they do not recommend this place they don't even deserve to be a gas station I've already recommended a lot of people not go and I've already got a lot of people not to go to this place in the in my family just because of the same thing the harassers they're bullying and there are scamming people of their money they say it's 30 cents but they charge you 60 cents it's a really a bad place to go please please do not go there anybody read more

I had only 12 miles worth gas in the tank of my Lexus. Filled 2 gallons from this pump for a quick short trip. I left the pump to go to Wal-Mart about two miles. When I got there, I realized that pump did not actually fill the gas in. My guage was now showing 10 miles worth gas. Went back to pump, and complained to cashier. She refused to take responsibility. She even said other people also had complained similarly. But according to her, all were cheaters! She even refused to give me her name to include in formal complaint. I had to pick my kid by that time so I left, filled gas from another pump. If I get time, I will complain to authorities after finding who to contact. I went there Saturday November 10th 2012 because it was reported at gasbuddy 3.67 per gallon, and that was 1 hour before I got there. Upon arrival, it was posted 3.69 cash 3.75 credit. I went inside and asked the attendant how to get the cash price and he said to use an ATM card for which I did.But the price on the receipt came out to 3.75 per gallon. I went back in and asked him why, and he said,"my friend, that is the Inside price." I asked him why he didn't tell me that in the first place, but he had nothing to say. This is THE WORST gas station I have ever been to. I live down the street and I avoid it at all cost even though the location is convenient. They don't put money into upkeep of their pumps. Today my friend went and her car's gas tank overflowed when they used one of their pumps. When she went in to tell them the sensor was obviously not working because it clicked off way too late they just told her "nobody else has complained today. You must have done it" this is literally their answer to EVERYTHING: "no one else has complained today." Every time I used to go they would never have receipt paper at any of the pumps. When I complained they told me the same answer. My mom has complained about how their water and squeegee for people's windshields is always dirty and they told her the same thing. These people don't know how to run a business and upkeep their pumps. It's a disgusting place. read more

Don't bother coming here for propane unless the planets are in alignment, it's daytime, and the weather is perfect (not too hot, nor too cold, you know...). The woman working the counter will find ANY excuse she can to not fill your propane tank. In my case, she didn't even bother with anything reasonably plausible. Wow, this place really doesn't deserve the one- and two-star reviews. The woman they're talking about, who sometimes isn't ABLE to fill propane tanks, is always very helpful and kind to me. I operate a food truck, and she and her uncle (??) helped me fill up on propane and gas, and make sure the top of my truck would clear the roof -- that was my first trying any of that, and they had no reason to help except that they're nice people. Once I went there to fill my propane tank; it was rush hour and the woman was the only person working. She managed her customers and her time professionally and efficiently. She tried her best to get the propane hooked up, but I could see the adaptor-thing was difficult to handle and once she even got propane sprayed in her face because she simply wasn't physically able to get it connected properly. I felt so sorry for her -- I didn't know how to help, and she was doing her best. The kind thing to do was walk away and plan to refill my tank the next day, which is exactly what I did. Perhaps it would be wise for the station to put up a sign that clearly states when propane is and isn't available; or the station could replace that propane adaptor with a newer (?) one that's easier to operate. That's on the owner. My point here is that the station attendants are perfectly nice HUMAN BEINGS who don't deserve judgment or abuse. And the station itself offers easily the cheapest gas in the area. So come on, people: SMILE and be KIND to your fellow humans. They'll usually return the favor. read more

When I came here place was empty. No one pumping gas no one shopping inside. All the candies in his place are full of dust. Ended up pumping a gallon of gasoline in a container. My container didn't even fill up 1/4 of the way. I've been to more expensive gas stations and pumped a gallon and almost gets full I found that to be very odd. Gas may seem cheap but you're actually paying double the price after they gyp you. read more

This place has terrible service and the workers here always blame YOU for their crappy gas station faults. They over charge on your debit card, the lady can't work the cash price or they charge you the higher gas price. I will never be coming back to the gas station even though I live walking distance from this gas station. You have lost another residual income customer losing $45 each week. read more

Super cheap gas but sometimes, only 1 type of gas is available at each pump which can be inconvenient..

Decent on their prices if you pay cash. Forget ever getting a receipt at the pump, they never have paper and direct you to go inside if you want a receipt. read more
