Maria called me liar since she expected me to leave my car covered in oil while I went to report it. Maria was rude and belligerent. I called 911 and reported the fraud and unsafe oil pump. Maria gave this number for the manager to the police. I called it right after the police gave me the number. It was Maria who answered and yelled at me for calling. I requested for when Edy would be available. I had to ask 3 times. Before Maria said it would be on Monday. I had to ask 3 more times for Maria to actually say Edy will be available at 9am. I had to ask again to have Maria say Edy leaves at 12 every day. This is terrible business. Don't support this place. This place is bad value and not Top Tier quality gas.

BEWARE- BAD GAS…read more Came in on Saturday 3/14/26 for gas- I've never visited this station before- but my car was pretty empty and I only put $40 to get home. I used pump 5. As soon as I left the gas station my car started shuddering, shaking each time I tapped the gas pedal. Unfortunately I got right on the 280 as the exit is right next to the gas station. The check engine light began flashing and I had to pull over and call a tow truck. My car had zero issues prior to this trip. After a mechanic checked out my car, My car had to be drained of gas which was a timely process. New gas was put in my car and it runs perfectly fine. The culprit was bad gas. I contacted the gas station immediately and was told the manager would contact me- he didnt. I am out the $40 for the bad gas and the cost of a mechanic fixing the issue. It could have been much worse if I kept driving and hadn't pulled over immediately.

When I entered the store, I greeted the gentleman working at the counter and simply said hello in a friendly manner. His response was unexpectedly rude and made me feel as though I had done something wrong just by acknowledging him. I asked if there was a problem, and he told me that I was "creating an environment." I explained that I was simply being friendly and trying to be respectful. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I actually ended up apologizing for saying hello, which I found very upsetting and unnecessary. The employee identified himself as Orly. I understand that employees may have difficult days, but customer service requires professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward customers. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or as though they are doing something wrong simply for being polite. I hope management will take this experience seriously and provide additional customer-service training to ensure that customers are treated with basic courtesy and respect. I believe this location has room for significant improvement when it comes to customer service. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the way I was treated. I sincerely hope this situation is addressed so other customers do not have a similar experience. I don't know about weekends since I usually avoid going to Costco on Sat/Sun. If I can wait to fill up my gas at Costco it's totally worth it. The only drawback is if you have to fill in the middle pump. It's a little bit difficult especially if you have a big car.
