Came by for a fill up the other day and it was a mediocre experience. There is no longer a discount for paying cash. Prices are still cheapest in the area and they take credit cards! Fuel pump has contactless payment but the challenge is that the pump was defective, always clicking off after pumping a few dollars...bummer. In addition, the fuel pump was out of receipt paper leading me to go into the cashier for the receipt. Interaction with the cashier was odd as in addition to my pump number, I needed to provide my exact total?!? ...good thing I was at pump 1 and could read the total from inside the convenience store! read more

This is the cheapest gas station in the area. I almost exclusively purchase my gas here because of how much cheaper it is than any other gas station in the area. There is another 76 you can see from this one that is 15 cents or more per gallon. I don't know how this place does it, but who cares. Now you know you have a place to get low cost gas that is still 76. My one gripe is that the pump does dispense a bit more slowly but other than that, this is my go-to and I plan my errands with this in mind as one of my stops. It has cleaned up so much since its new ownership, so if you need to head in for anything, the mini mart is nice and clean. The owner is friendly too! read more

On our way to Oakland just this Sunday we stopped to use their bathroom. The Asian lady that was there was very pleasant. She told us about their $0.99 coffee. She wasn't all territorial about their bathroom. We didn't drive. We walked as we planned from San Jose with the intention of reaching Jack London Square to take the ferry to SF and then walk some more. The bathroom surprised me! This neighborhood gas station is a real gem. My relative was recently in a compromised situation that occurred at the gas station. Rather than going by the rules or the usual & customary practices, we were extremely fortunate to be able to locate and retrieve the car, as soon as we had a chance. The station gave ample warning and time, and we can't thank the station enough, without the added expense and headache of tow yard, in an already stressful situation. As my customer was leaving a commercial complex up the street, he mistakenly turned right into an under construction median. He drives a giant Dodge Ram. The jolt on his tires were so sever that it popped on of his tires. Thankfully I was still there and followed him here to the gas station. I needed gas anyway and he needed to find out where the nearest tire shop was. They have free air here and he filled up in order to drive up the street to where the gas station attendant told him to. They were very helpful for him. Once he was set I filled up left the scene. I can't have any of that bad luck rub off on me. read more

I frequent the Fremont/Tri-City area so whenever I need to fill up, this is where I'll be and frankly this is hands down THE CHEAPEST place to get gas! I often find this place anywhere from $0.05 - $0.20 cheaper than nearby gas stations (within Fremont and even the South Bay) Ironically, there's another 76 station one block away (near Mission Blvd, in the Safeway plaza) and it's always more expensive. I will not settle for places like Arco or Rotten Robbies (gas-brand snobbiness) so I'm thankful I have this place to rely on. read more

I really like this 76, it has cheap prices for a gas station, especially if you're looking at premium gas. I consistently come here for gas. It's a small little station, but for some reason, it's never jammed! I've never had a problem with finding a kiosk to pump gas from. I've recently started to use this gas station since their prices are generally cheaper than the other comparable places (other 76s, shells, chevrons) in area. It's just a short drive from the warren ave exit off 880, so it's in a convenient location. However, I think many people are catching on, so somtimes it gets a little crowded to pump gas after work. This 76 has the cheapest prices around the Fremont/Milpitas area. Located at the corner of Warm Springs blvd and Kato road, it is very easy to spot. I usually get my gas here for the price and it's on the way from my work. The gas station is clean, has cameras but I'm not sure if they work, is plenty lit up at night and the PRICE is CHEAPER than any other Gas station around. I have never experience the service here but one thing that scared me one time I was there was when I saw the Tech guy smoking right in front of their garage. Most disgusting bathroom - light switch REMOVED, leaving exposed wires and no light unless you use your cell phone light. No window, so people urinating and defecating in the dark and MISSING THE TOILET. Great priced gas, which earned this a two star review...Horribly disgusting bathroom. I've lived in Eastern Europe, France, England, Scotland, India, etc...I've seen my fair share of grotty, revolting bathrooms, but this was just that kind of disgusting that I wanted to bleach the bottom of my shoes after I just stepped in. When I shined my phone light and realized the true state of that torture room, I backed out and decided that I'd rather wet myself than use that toilet. I visit a lot of gas stations. This one is cleaner than most and its access to the freeway can not be beat. I find myself here getting gas more often than not do to the great location. They actually have an entrance just before the freeway so you do not have to make a right then a left to get in to the place. Plus the shop inside is decent as well, carrying your normal variety of junk food for any decent road trip. All in all I recommend this place to anyone who finds it on the right side at the right time. read more

Other than that it's right by home, I have noticed that their price is like the cheapest if compared to other 76's (there's another one half block away), Cheverons, and Shells. It's all self-service stations, so there's no service to rate. I know they do a bit of auto repair but I have never gone there for my cars. It's really pretty much s typical gas station. I've been using Warmsprings 76 for over a decade now as my trusted neighborhood repair shop. They are simply fantastic - I wish Yelp were around a long time ago so I could have told more people about them! Anytime I have to do maintenance, I'm always pleased about how professional, organized, and thorough they are. I've worked with both managers, Danny and Alice, and both are always super friendly and helpful. They always let you know in advance how much the repairs will likely cost, and if possible, they give you options. What I like most about them is that they are extremely honest - my relative also owns an auto shop out of state, and he's told me that their recommendations have always been truthful and fair. In addition, they always tell me if something is about to fail, and whether or not it would be worth it to fix it now or wait until later. They are definitely your neighborhood repair shop - if you work/live nearby, they can also sometimes give you a ride if you ask nicely! I really like how they try to go the extra mile for you. Oh, and one more thing - if you use PREMIUM gasoline, definitely check out their prices - their premium gas prices are always the LOWEST anywhere around for high quality gas/branded gas. My boyfriends family had been going there for a long time for repairs, so when my car broke down i figured id try them out. My car just wouldnt start, so i had it towed there and they checked it out. My car was a 1994 BMW, so i expected it would cost a good amount to fix since it was foreign and BMW parts are usually kinda expensive. The guy in charge (for the life of me i cant remember his name) informed me that he found the problem. He said it was a problem with my starter, that it wasnt turning over. He estimated that the problem would cost around 3000 dollars. We didnt have that kind of money at the time, so we decided to just have it towed for the time being. A little while later, i brought my car into a different shop to get a second opinion. The mechanic there informed me that my battery was dead. He sold us a new one and my car started up no problem. Of course i was surprised, and mentioned that the last guy had told me something completely different. He said that there didnt appear to be anything wrong with the starter. So basically the mechanic at this 76 station was either entirely incompetent, or he was deliberately trying to rip me off. I know nearly nothing about cars, but i feel like checking to see if the battery was dead is the most basic thing you can do. On top of the fact that there was nothing wrong with my starter to begin with. He tried to charge me 3000 dollars for a 100 dollar problem. Gas prices at Warm Springs 76 are on average 2 cents less then the other 76 station across the street, and their prices are some of the lowest. Always busy, they still manage to keep the place spotless. The auto repair shop recently moved, and the garage is now a big empty space. They also have a small snack shop. read more

My company just couple block down , I used to come in get gas and bought grocery here, today I just want to get some air for my tire, and they said in order for you to get free air you would need to buy anything before u can use it , or else u cannot , it's not about 50cents or anything , nowadays the whole world were focusing on customer service , even today I'm new to this area, if I were them I will still let people to use it , that way will make them to come back for purchase in the future, may be the owner had enough annual customer count already , doesn't care any more new customer . This guys are very good for any minor repairs and the regular mainteinance work. Smog check is there too. Very good with the customers. I used them for last 4 years. If come in the morning, the work is done very promptly. Open on Saturday which is a big plus too. read more

I thought terry was nice but he turned out to be evil. He tried to accuse me of stealing. I'm just in their browsing around because I have the right to look around to window shop. On top of that I just got a full tank of gas for the company car that I drive. Even before work I get a full tank of gas here sometimes. But with the company car this is the route and this happens to be the closest gas station to me to gas up. I don't like to leave my bag in the company car because of course it has my wallet and car keys in it. How dare him for accusing me of stealing while they have drug dealers in the back loitering and have the nerve to lie to a customer that gets a full tank of gas. I'm beyond upset! Plus when terry talks I can't hear him since he's quiet and usually he tells me do you want to buy something in the back. Turned out he said did you put something in your bag this time! Don't ever accuse a customer of stealing. I won't be coming back here anymore for a long time after this! He didn't even apologize either he said he was just curious! This local gas station for me offers one of the best gas prices in the area even though another Unocal 76 is just down the block. Been coming to this gas station ever since Alice bought the place over 15 years ago. Alice, the owner, takes very good care of all her customers. She makes you feel you are family and will quickly answer and address all your car care needs. Her Service Manager, Danny, also gives you the same care for you and your car. Their auto service prices are very competitive and the mechanics there do quality work. I have been taking my cars for servicing to them for years. From my Mercedes, Saturn, Mazda, Ford and Saabs that I have owned, Alice and her team can work on all of them. And all of them very well. You will feel that they care and are not about trying to rip you off like some other garages that I have gone to in the past. read more
