Herman took care of me even though policy is policy.... giving this 4 stars rather than my original thought of 2 only because Herman bought the replacement part and made things right. these things can cost up to $100-$150!! want to also mention that the employees of the car wash didn't even notify me my flat tire... would of been nice to hear: "like hey buddy before you drive onto the busy Main Street we would just like for you to know that you have a flat tire now drive safe" nope I didn't get one as I drove off onto the busy main st... anyways, if you have troubles here for any god given reason... Herman is a hero and will take care of you any way he can.. given the situation.. he may not push mountains for you but will ensure that things are fair between the business and the customer.

I reported the damage the very next day. My fiancé brought the vehicle back on July 19 as instructed, but he was quickly turned away and told the damage could not have happened there. I called again and was told I had to wait to speak with management, so I returned when Herman and Martin were available. Instead of conducting any meaningful investigation, they immediately denied responsibility again, refused a refund, told me to contact my own insurance, and refused to provide the business's liability insurance or claims information. They were also extremely rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. One manager criticized me for returning "five days later," even though I reported the damage the very next day and only returned later because their own staff told me to wait for management. I have photos, videos, my dated receipt, and documentation of the conversations. Because they have refused to take responsibility or even provide a proper claims process, I will now be pursuing them in small claims court for the damage to my brand-new vehicle!

Getting off Mission and back on was straightforward. My credit card statement later read Pat Brick's Valero at the tune of $60.06 (ouch!), and it go us all the way back home to Genoa NV. I asked the cashier if I could use both my rewards at once and he said yes. He went to prepare my hot dog and I went to fill up the large big glup cup with coca cola. You can put your own toppings on the hot dog but I didn't. I filled my soda up all the way to the top and it was delicious. The cashier just scanned by barcode on the 7 Eleven app and that was it.
