Cute, quaint winery in a charming setting. We spent a few hours of adult time during our family vacation to come here. I had never heard of a Muscadine grape before this. At this review they have 17 wines available. We did the full tasting which is 9 wines plus a frozen wine. My favorites were the Lotus Pond and Summer Sangria. The Hotlanta Red is made with 50 pounds of jalapeños and you can smell and taste them in this unique wine. Serve up some fajitas and you've got a meal. My husband and I had a wonderful time there when we went for a wine-tasting and to spend time with a friend. The service and attention was superb. It was also a lot of fun. The staff was awesome. The place is quaint and good for a relaxing, enjoyable moment in the country. The wine is delicious, reasonably priced and made on-site. I particularly loved their frozen treat. I highly recommend it although I'd love to keep this rare find private. But, it deserves praise and patronage. read more

We went to Warm Springs winery on our way to the Vintage Motorcycle Museum. It's about twenty minutes from Callaway Gardens, tucked away on the top of a hill. The tasting was free, informal and pretty quick. There was about a ten minute wait because a tour had already started when we arrived. The winery is small, it only holds about six people and we didn't make a reservation. They served us a delicious peach cocktail while we waited. I'm not a big wine drinker (although I love wineries, go figure). I'm especially not a fan of red wines. But the Hotlanta red is tasty! Apparently, they make their wines from muscadine grapes and throw jalapeno peppers into the barrel. The result is sweet with a bit of spice, delicious! At around $12 a bottle we definitely took some to go. I recommend it if you're in the area. read more

A group of Miami friends and I planned a weekend in the area hunting zombies. While we were out and about, we heard from two very nice locals about the winery. We finished our agenda and realized that we still had time before closing to stop in. I had never been to a winery so I was very excited. So we managed to get a brief history as well as a tour of how the wine is made. Our guide was so knowledgeable. Then off we went for the wine tasting. I am not a fan of sweet wine, but this was such an enjoyable event. I honestly had no idea the tour and tasting would be free! We tried 10 wines. The pepper wine was interesting, but not for me. After the tasting we were given the opportunity to purchase. What made this part so appealing was that we were not pressured in any way to make a purchase. So even though I am not a fan of a sweet wine, the hospitality and the knowledge I received, made me buy a bottle! read more

As you guys probably guessed finding wineries along our routes is one of my guilty pleasures. As we took the long way home after my birthday dinner we drove through Georgia to experience Some of their wineries. There's not a lot in the state but Warm Springs was not far off our route and decided to go hang out with them. We arrived right when they opened and was greeted by Mario. He is very personable and knew his wines. A testing of each of their specialties was offered and honestly, it is one of the better tasting wines from micro wineries we've had! We narrowed down our choices and came home with several bottle of red and whites :)). One that really caught us to surprise was Hotlanta. It's a semi sweet red that's been infused with spicy peppers! It would be great with a cheese and sausage appetizer. The appearance is inviting and cozy. They have a porch with some seating, lighting across the beams. They had some fun gift items you can purchase- what caught my eye was painted wine bottle! So cute and Valentine ready with KISS ME in pink Honestly we were most impressed with Mario, he made our experience at Warm Springs so enjoyable- felt like we were with an old friend instead of a new acquaintance. The owner said they have a larger gathering room people can use for parties and groups as well. Very worth the drive over and excellent experience. read more

My boyfriend and I were visiting Warm Springs, GA for a former manager's retirement party. Thankfully we stumbled upon the Warm Springs Winery! The staff were thoroughly knowledgeable, friendly and all around wonderful. We got to try over 10 wines. I've never tried such a vast array of wines! They have muscadine, strawberry, jalapeño red, habanero peach (our favorite), wine slushies, and even a creme brûlée wine. The staff's passion for their wines was evident. We came away with 7 bottles of their wine and I'm already dreading when we run out! The atmosphere was very inviting and casual. I can't recommend this winery enough and we will definitely return! read more

This hidden gem is fabulous, super friendly staff very well educated in wine arts will make you feel at home to the novelist/ and experienced alike. The wine is brewed in house and they will have a wine for any occasion quite sit down area to mingle and enjoy the outdoors. My fiancé and I came to warm springs in hope of delicious wines. Success! We were created in the parking lot by the owner and creator of warm springs winery. That greeting set the tone of our wonderful experience. The owner walked us to the tour entrance and we were shown how the wines were made in the back room. After, we had a free wine tasting. We were not disappointed. The service was spectacular and friendly. After our tasting we were given a peach Bellini sample. The Bellini was so good we bought two more glasses and sipped them by the pool. Yes, the pool. We ended up buying a case of wine and the peach Bellini mix. We were highly satisfied and recommend anyone in the Warm Springs area to visit this winery!!! read more

It's been a while since we visited last, but this did not disappoint. We stayed for a full tasting, which got us a discounted bottle of wine and a free glass. The selections have grown significantly since last visit, but the original selection is still solid and consistent. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! The wine is outstanding and the ambiance is awesome. Cozy and the owner and staff are AMAZING! They have seasonal wines such as Peach, Blueberry and Strawberry. My favorite wine is the Crème Brulee, hands down it's sweet and smooth, but not overly sweet. I love that they have wine for everyone from dry to spicy to sweet. They also have Wine freezes that are amazing, like the Peach Bellini! YUM! Go and have a sample, I guarantee you will leave will a bottle or two, three..you get the idea! read more

Went for a tour at the winery and enjoyed learning about the process. I prefer a sweeter tasting wine. The free wine sampling helped me decide on a few excellent bottles. My two favorites were the White Tribute and the Atlanta Red. The employee that helped us was very friendly. We were glad we stopped in. read more

i had a wonderful visit with my father and sister. We went on Saturday it wasn't crowded but it was a short wait period. We enjoyed sitting outside under the porch and out by the vines while we waited. Then we took a small tour learning about the winery and how the wine is made. Lastly, we enjoyed trying the variety of wines. We left with two bottles. I would recommend this as a quick outing that's near to home. read more

Got to try a few wines by this winery back in June at the Wine & Jazz Festival in Hiawassee. We immediately became fans of the Hotlanta and wanted a few bottles to take home. Unfortunately they sold out of it at the fairgrounds, but we finally made it down a few weekends ago. This was our first trip to a Georgia winery (we've been to dozens of wineries in California & Mexico), and was the smallest winery we've ever been too, it was awesome though! We walked in the door and immediately found ourselves in a free (score!) tasting of about 10 different wines, including a wine slushi. The slushi was delicious, but we love the Hotlanta too much! Had a few glasses while we strolled around the property on our own and had an informative stop in the fermenting room. Ended up picking up a case of the Hotlanta and drinking 2 of the bottles before we left. The patio at the tasting room was more like a great bar. We had fun with the other guests for a few hours! read more

We were very pleased with our experience at Warm Springs Winery. There are few places out there where you can sample for free anymore. But bring your wallet. You will want to take some home with you. They're primary grape is the Muscadine. I have had Muscadine wine before, and quite frankly wasn't impressed. I guess I've been to the wrong places. They're wines are phenomenal. Being a red fan, I was particularly fond of the Chambourcin, but was really impressed with the White House White. This wine was made with the Muscadine, but tasted very similar to the New York Cadawba wines. If you're in the area, this is a must stop! read more

Discovered we aren't muscadine wine fans regrettably. We were given maybe 10 wines to sample, and since I'm not a fan of sweet wines, this wasn't the place for me. Although the staff was very nice and informative and fun to be around, just wish the actual wine tasting area was someplace different than the brewing/making building. It was close quarters and in a little building which was in the owners back yard and he came out a few times during our visit to peek in. The wines were pretty pricey also. read more
