Every office visit has been great, and I have never waited more than five minutes to be seen. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, and I have truly never been happier with a doctor. I had a breast reduction surgery a little less than three weeks ago, and I could not be happier with my experience or my results. The entire process, from my initial consultation through my recovery, has been seamless. My results are even better than I could have imagined, and the level of care I have received throughout the entire process has been amazing. Anytime I have had a question or needed to be seen, Dr. Fenner's office has gone above and beyond to accommodate me, fitting me in the same day to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Fenner genuinely cares about his patients and their experience. I highly recommend Dr. Fenner and his staff. I don't understand people that complain about waiting to see a doctor, because it just means the doctor is busy giving his time to his patients. Don't you want that for you? If I know a doctor is going to take his time and listen to me, I'll happily wait while he does that with his other patients. I think people also forget that nothing in life is perfect. Even natural breasts are not perfectly symmetrical. But I can tell you this, after everything my body has been through this year with a previous DMX and implants (not done by Fenner), chemotherapy, ovary removal, and then my DIEP flap (Fenner), I'm only 4 weeks post op with my phase two already scheduled, and I already am so happy with my results. Dr Fenner spent 11 hours in the OR fixing me. He has returned every call, addressed every concern, and handled my craziness with so much grace he deserves a medal. His staff is incredible. Ali is the sweetest person alive, and works so well with his patients. The front desk is surprisingly nice as well. I adore this practice and I'd recommend Dr. Fenner to anyone. I followed every instruction and used the products they gave me, but my skin reacted badly and never recovered. Instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my concerns and refused a refund. Suffering for years, having multiple dermatologists do nothing but prescribe steroids, burning ointment or immunosuppressants when all you have to do is spend 5 days on a patch test, learn your allergens, and then avoid them and you're fine. I went to my derm who referred me and cried thanking her for referring me to Dr. Schemen because it was a MISERABLE time until they helped me. I went to her for a consult for Coolsculpting. First point, I actually met with her! She is a very prominent and experienced physician. She took her time and was very methodical in her approach. I was upset at first because she wouldn't do as I asked, and amazed that she seemed to be refusing business. That said, we agreed to start with one area and a month later, I am beginning to see results, which is right on schedule. I look forward to continuing my procedures. She didn't want me to spend money unless there was certainty as to its effectiveness. Contrast that experience with visits to other "CoolSculpting" providers. I was asked to provide far too much information for simply a "consult." I was not seen by a doctor. The PA (I believe) came in and noted all sorts of areas could be done and was pushed in to a "package deal." I was about to plunk down the money and thought at the last minute to think about it. On my way home, I thought Dr. Casas' experience was far more genuine, more knowledgable, not pushy, very scientific in her approach, even if it meant losing or delaying business. The total cost of the procedure is $2000 and they promise a large reduction of sweating as I suffer from hyperhydrosis. At first the treatment appeared to work as expected but after many months my sweating came back again was then a year later to the point where I honestly am close to where I Started. I understand some people may require a second treatment and I am ok with that. I was told a follow up treatment would cost half the price of $1000. I call the office and was told that I had to pay the full treatment price again of $2000. This felt like a bait and switch and disappointed because I was going to bring my son in for the same treatment. I am now back to square one and felt like I wasted $2000 for no reason when I could have gone to another clinic with better service. I am truly disappointed and would recommend you take your business and money else where.
