So happy with my outcomes! I have had two surgeries with Dr Ghaderi. The first was a tummy tuck. He listened to what I wanted and set realistic expectations for my outcome. He understood that contour of the upper and lower abdomen was important to me and told me he could achieve that, but the scar would have to be a little higher than most. He also counseled me thoroughly about what to expect for recovery. He did not sugar coat anything at all, and I appreciate that. How he was able to achieve such symmetry, I have no idea! About 3 years ago, I wanted to downsize my implants. After 3 consultations with other doctors who told me that I would need a lift as well- I was relieved to have Dr. Ghaderi say that it wasn't necessary. I had the surgery with Dr. Ghaderi--but my left breast came out much lower than my right-- he suggested I wear a push up bra. I didn't want to hide it with a push up bra so I paid Dr. Ghaderi for that one breast to be fixed. I wasn't pleased that I had to pay again--- but my breasts turned out phenomenal. I first met Dr. Ghaderi ten years ago when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was only 33 years old and I was very overwhelmed and emotional. Dr. Ghaderi took the time to patiently explain the reconstruction choices that were available to me with a single mastectomy, and the positive and negative aspects of each one. Dr. Ghaderi is also quite meticulous in the operating room. (I was awake for the nipple reconstruction surgery.) The nurses at Delnor know that he goes above and beyond with each patient. I went back four years ago because the skin around my initial implant had contracted. Once again, Dr. Ghaderi walked me through each step of the process and patiently answered all of my questions. Two years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was a mess and I was scared when I met Dr Ghaderi. He was very sensitive to my emotional state and reassured me that I would get threw the surgery. Went for a consultation for simple blepharoplasty. While staff was friendly, they asked for photo id AND an actual photograph to be taken. I said I didn't understand why that was necessary given that they have a copy of my driver's license. So I politely 'declined'. The doctor didn't appreciate this-and the first moments of our initial consultation were spent explaining his policy regarding photographs of new clients. I said that I understand needing a photo ID to confirm the validity of the insurance card-but an additional photo on an initial consultation seemed superfluous and given that I am a nurse who worked in a physician's office, I reminded him that it is not legally required to take a photo in our state. Well he didn't seem to like that. He told me that he wasn't going to take me as a client and politely referred me to someone else in the area. At least I wasn't charged for the visit. The conversation was friendly and professional. I just got the impression that he does not like patients who offer any type of resistance to his policies or suggestions. I have heard much praise regarding his work. I just get the feeling that he is a strong personality that will not tolerate other strong personalities. read more

I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi by Dr. Seema (a local Chiropractor and non-invasive/holistic Doctor) to talk over options on getting my torn earlobe fixed. After years of wearing heavy earrings and getting earrings caught/pulled out by kids the hole in my ear ripped. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Ghaderi to discuss my options. Dr. Ghaderi looked at my ear, explained the process of fixing my earlobe or getting fillers to temporarily keep it closed. After he explained my options he told me his recommendation was to do nothing and explained why. Dr. Ghaderi said if anything changes to come back and see him. So very happy with the whole process. I had another consult for lipo and the difference between offices was night and day. I never felt like I was being talked into more than what I wanted. In fact, he talked me out of some stuff I thought I needed because he said it wouldn't give me the results that I was picturing in my head and explained why. Who turns down work? More should because that's honesty. With Dr. Ghaderi I knew I was in safe hands. Easy to reach with questions and approachable. So I saw a couple reviews say he could be challenging. Not true! I did not experience that all!! I found it to be very opposite of that and maybe some people just think people are difficult when a trained medical doctor won't give them everything they want. idk. I cannot recommend Dr. Ghaderi highly enough. I had always been self-conscious about my sagging neck, and, after searching several sites, saw how well-recommended he was. He was so gentle and thorough, and put me at ease. He gave me a few options to consider, and recommended the least expensive of the two. My surgery was performed at Delnor Hospital in Geneva. I include this in my review because a few people thought that this type of necklift was done in the physician's office. Follow-up visits were all included in the cost of the procedure. I was foolish and at our initial consultation Dr. Ghadari didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. 3 weeks later we spoke again and i paid and was put on the schedule. He held no grudge and reminded me that if I wasn't comfortable then it wasn't the right time. His skill, with a scalpel is artistry in motion, his bedside manner is top notch. He is one of those doctors that are either in scrubs in the hospital or in a suit in the office, aka always on. My surgery was a few days before his family vacation. He gave me his personal cell phone number in case anything was wrong or if I just had questions. He may be a plastic surgeon, but he is dedicated, experienced and I was incredibly comfortable around him. As for the support staff, Dale is awesome, always accommodating the best she can, and goes above and beyond every time I've called. Gabrielle and Monica are friendly and totally awesome and they take care of scheduling and other office duties. Went to him for a Top masculinization consult. I have look at numerous different surgeon's results for people with the same body type as me, so i know a general idea of what is plausible for me. I understand that everyone is different, but he tried to tell me the outcome I wanted was unrealistic and said no matter what i'd need revisions. He told me Id be better off just tattooing my nipples on instead of grafting them because what i was asking for was too complex. All i asked for was smaller nipples? Then had the audacity to suggest gastric bypass for me. Excuse me? I'm not even 265 pounds? None of the other surgeons I have consulted with even mentioned weight being a problem. If he did not have the ability to give me what I was wanting, he should have just said that instead of proceeding to insult me for the last 15 minutes of the consult. If you are a larger trans man looking for top surgery, look somewhere else. read more

Dr. Ghaderi is amazing! He is meticulous and incredibly talented at what he does. His office staff is also so kind, personable, and easy to work with. I had a small procedure done with him and he thoroughly answered any and all questions I had and gave me as much detail as I felt I needed. He never made me feel rushed or as if my questions were stupid (and I know I asked him plenty of dumb questions throughout the process).
