Coach David came highly recommended by her club coach and we've been very impressed by him. He has helped her improve her shooting and technical skills as well as coached her through the mental side of the game. What really sets Coach David apart is that he truly takes the time to get to know each player and find out what makes them tick both on and off the field. He came to several of my daughter's club games to see her in action which really helped build trust and foster a stronger relationship. When I asked my daughter (unprompted) what she liked about Coach David, this is what she said: "I like the way he talks to me... the conversations we have really help. When I tried to sign up it signed my son up for an August camp instead of the June class I had selected. The owner Jen then tells us we cannot switch and charges us a mandatory $50 cancelation fee. There is something really scammy going on here. How can you sign us up for an August camp in the middle of my sons school day then not let us switch to something that we are actually available for? If you look at the website there are entire unhinged paragraphs about charging $50 fees, which apparently gives the owner the right to scam you out of $50. When you talk to her on the phone she is also incredibly hostile and rude. Please save yourself the headache of getting scammed and choose another soccer school, there are plenty of other options out there

I am extremely disappointed with our experience with this organization…read more My son suffered a serious ankle injury during practice and was later diagnosed with a Grade 2 ankle sprain that will keep him out for approximately 8 weeks. At the time of the injury, he could barely walk. What was most upsetting was that the coach did not step in to help him. Thankfully, one of his teammates helped him get up and assisted him walking up more than two flights of stairs while he was clearly in pain. As a parent, seeing that level of lack of concern from the coaching staff was very disturbing. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of follow-up afterward. Not once did the coach send a text, call, or email to check on my son's condition or recovery. There was no acknowledgment of the injury situation and no concern shown for his well-being. We sent multiple emails regarding my son's injury and requested consideration for a refund since he would be unable to participate for 8 weeks. After repeated follow-ups, we finally received a response, but there was still no apology for the delayed communication and no explanation as to why our emails had gone unanswered for so long. The response felt dismissive and entitled, especially considering the circumstances involving an injured player. Instead of addressing our concerns, I was accused of attacking and being disrespectful toward the coach. That was never my intention. I was simply expressing our frustration and disappointment over the situation and the lack of communication. There was still no apology or acknowledgment of any mistake on their part. This organization promotes the idea of being a "family," but unfortunately that was not our experience at all. During the time our son needed support the most, we felt ignored and unimportant. The overall experience made it feel like collecting fees mattered more than caring about players and families. The fees are expensive, and with those costs comes an expectation of professionalism, communication, and compassion. We have been part of other organizations that charged much less and still treated players and parents with far more respect, support, and genuine care. I hope this organization seriously reevaluates how injuries, communication, and player welfare are handled moving forward because no family should have this kind of experience.

Her coach, Coach Lily, is absolutely wonderful with kids. She's patient, encouraging, and knows exactly how to keep little ones engaged while still teaching them proper skills. My daughter always has a blast in class and looks forward to going every week. Best of all, we've already noticed her getting stronger, more confident, and more coordinated. She had a minor injury, which she reported, but the coach chose not to believe her and insisted she continue a full routine, including jumps, ignoring safe training alternatives. When she couldn't perform as expected, the coach yelled at her, shamed her, humiliated her in front of teammates, and ultimately expelled her from the club. The coach did not contact me or my husband at all,she made no effort to reach out or ensure our child's safety, leaving my daughter alone, in pain, terrified, and emotionally traumatized on the university campus where the club rents space -- an unsafe and unacceptable situation for a minor. Parents pay over $1,000 in tuition trusting this to be a professional and safe program, yet the coach clearly prioritized results over children's physical, psychological, and emotional well-being. This caused serious emotional harm and destroyed my daughter's love for the sport. Parents: think very carefully before enrolling your child here.
