We purchased artificial turf for our backyard and very specifically asked for and paid for infill…read morethat would help fight any sort of bacteria/smell. They delivered everything and we installed it only to start smelling mold a few weeks later. I called them immediately and they said oh whoops sorry we delivered the wrong infill to you. So not only did they deliver the wrong stuff but we paid way extra for it. Kiera/Kyra (however you spell her name) is the manager and went out of her way to be unhelpful. They offered no refund, said that we could suck up the infill that smelled like mold with a vacuum and we were welcome come get the correct infill. Kyra supposedly is there to handle issues like this and ensure customer satisfaction and completely blew us off ignoring phone calls and emails. I would absolutely never ever ever go through this company again for artificial turf. I think there are better looking turf options and local places that will actually provide decent customer service. Only saving grace about this place is Richard - he is an absolute gem :)

Excellent Landscape Design, Execution & Irrigation Installation…read more We had David Sawyer of David Sawyer Landscapes (707-570-5796, david@sawyerlandscapes.com) design a new front landscape for us and execute the design including removal of old material, installation of new plants and trees, new irrigation system for front and back yard and mulch for front and back. He did excellent, timely work pursuant to a clear, transparent, fairly priced proposal. His website clearly conveys his approach and philosophy and has a gallery with photographic samples of his work. David is extremely personable, easy to work with, and passionate about his work. He is an excellent listener and begins by learning the client's tastes and desires. He won't hesitate to make recommendations but is careful to discern the client's wishes and to involve the client fully in generating alternatives and making decisions. He is fully open to and available for ongoing interchange and Q&A via phone or email. His proposal was timely made and once accepted the work was timely begun and promptly completed as scheduled. His crew is efficient, hardworking, friendly, polite and their installation work and cleanup are exceptional. It was a pleasure to have them working at our house. We couldn't be happier about the working relationship or about the end result.
