I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appt when I've arrived. My esthetician always cleans/sanitizes the room before I go in. I started the laser hair removal process which takes multiple sessions for the hair follicle to no longer produce hair. I just completed my third session and even before that there is little to no hair at all on the treated area. Just a few strands. I am pleased with the laser hair removal service.
