A tad nervous about the process, the lady over the phone was very calming and informative about the service. She was able to answer all of my questions. The staff are all nice, friendly and quite classy if I might add. The look and feel of the spa is very modern and the decor is quite pretty. Everything appears clean and tidy. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appt when I've arrived. My esthetician always cleans/sanitizes the room before I go in. I started the laser hair removal process which takes multiple sessions for the hair follicle to no longer produce hair. I just completed my third session and even before that there is little to no hair at all on the treated area. Just a few strands. I am pleased with the laser hair removal service. I will consider a facial next.

I was prescribed some new cream after repeatedly telling him that creams have not worked. I am planning on writing a letter to my insurance provider as well regarding this visit. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. When I left in tears the nurse didnt even ask if I was ok, just handed me my prescription and left.
