When Dan came to do our free estimate, we quickly noticed he was thee most focused and thorough contractor that came to our house. He went inside, outside, looked in closets, the basement and anywhere else he could to try to figure out how he was going to tie the plumbing lines up to the third floor in the least invasive way possible. Then he quickly drew up in his head the best layout for the bathroom leaving enough space for a walk in closet on the other side. Then he gave us the most thorough estimate that very night, not to mention lower than any other contractor came in at. Throughout the whole job they were very dependable, respectful, trustworthy and hard working. The job finished with a few minor changes we decided together to make the job look high end without going over budget. Dan tried to save us money the entire time, even offering me to paint the room if I wanted to.
