The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa).
