This eye doctor office had lied to me yesterday when text them ahead of time that I needed to…read morereschedule because I was not going to be in town that I needed to reschedule appointment and I have it on text messages. I've been with them for a years and their service . I had issues with some of the technicians one of them acted like she didn't know what she was doing but I overlooked that as her being maybe a newbie . But it was until I've had a few cancellations and or emergencies and things come up they get pissed off because you're having to cancel an appointment. The doctor would somewhat get on me because I have canceled my appointment prior and I did not appreciate that because it was none of his business why I canceled. The doctor should keep his mouth shut because at the time that I had canceled I had told them why I had to cancel, Also I suspect Medicaid and Medicare fraud because I've learned today that with Medicaid your only supposed to get one pair of glasses every 2 years for the for the past few years they've been giving me a pair every year with Medicaid which is stealing from the Medicaid insurance which I will be reporting to the state. They're very Petty and money hungry. My daughter which is under the age 18 they always wanted to see her and my grandson twice a year which that is stealing from the government of insurance. As my daughter had not had any eye problems and were not issued glasses the last few years and yet they wanted to see her twice a year which did not seem or sound right. I would not advise anyone to go to this company at all but that's up to you. The office was clean the floors were clean but a couple times when I were there the bathroom was not it had toilet paper on the floor a couple of times and the commode had been stopped up when I was there to witness it. When I had to cancel my appointment yesterday which was a week notice the lady that typed out the text to me told me that since I had appointments and I canceled quite a few and remember I had appointments for myself my daughter and my grandson they ended up canceling all of our appointments and telling us we're not welcome to have appointments but only to be walking which could be an hours in waiting. I asked her why she said of a new policy that if you cancel a lot that you cannot make appointments anymore that you can only be a walk in and I thought to myself that's BS and not business like she also claimed that she sent me only a text message letting me know of the new policy which is a LIE because I received no such text messages on cancellation policies. That is not good business because sometimes you have to cancel in life because the emergency car breaking down and such and sickness. And that made me feel like that they will all out for money missing that dollar even though I had canceled in advance recent appointments/some past that you cannot cancel or you would be considered or walk in which is BS because I never received such text email or home mail or telephone call from them oh no such policies. While I'm at it I'm going to make a notation on this, The eye doctor seems to have a bit of an attitude and always in a hurry to get another patient in means more dollars in his pocket it always seems that he had no time to really talk to you about anything and one time he ignored my question it's all about money with this Oasis eye doctor. I have found a new eye doctor that has a lot of wonderful reviews and there NOT out for that dollar which is considered money hungry. But I will be reporting this company to the department of insurance with health of North Carolina. THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INVESTIGATION WITH THIS OASIS. I will be reporting this Oasis eye doctor agency on all my platforms to let people know how they are. These people are liars and the doctor seems like they're out for money which I feel like they're committing FRAUD with the insurance company and out for that dollar beware. PS most of my appointments that I had to cancel for me or my grandchildren we're canceled ahead of time very few was canceled on the spot and it was beyond my control. Everything I'm writing is true to the best of my knowledge and what I have seen an experience.
