First of all they are always short staff, especially midnights but when hiring someone never place them on midnights always place them on afternoons which already have enough people. Plus they show a lot of favoritism among the staff. being trained as an Aide when performing a certain task for residents their beds should rise to waist length so the workers don't have to strain here only so many residents bed go up. Also they have a lot of lazy Nurses as well, you'll ask for help and instead of getting up they sit there and make you wait forever when you have a time crunch on doing things. Some staff get smart with residents which is very unprofessional. The icing on the cake is that they seem to not really care about staff's well-being if you call in sick you always get an attitude from the person your telling your going to call off. It's been times where i heard other staff say they called off and the DON was flat out rude about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE TO WORK.

This has been such a difficult process placing my father in a nursing home, and not being there daily, as both myself and sister live in Chicago. The staff has gone above and beyond to help my mom in all she needs to have everything in place to ensure my dad is cared for. Todd even allowed my sister to order a special bed for my father which is made for a tall man. The staff tonight brought in an anniversary dinner for my parents, set up a small area for them to enjoy carryout dinner from Enzo's for their 56 year anniversary. Complete with cake and flowers and balloons. This place I cannot say enough about Gillette. Everyone has helped in the placement of my father in their care. I feel most comfortable with him being there and the amazing staff that is taking such good care of my father and continue to help support my mother in this major transition in their lives being separated. Let's face it having to have health tests done is never fun and most of them never want to have them done but they are one of those "adulting" things we are supposed to do for ourselves. Soooo last week I went to get a mammogram! Wooohooo! I say this because it's really NOT fun. It is slightly uncomfortable - no it's downright uncomfortable! But I had the best tech doing my testing. I feel like a jerk for not asking her name but she and the whole team there were fantastic. She explained the test, explained that because of some of the way my (clears throat) body chooses to react to being pulled and prodded into certain Positions I got to do extra "photos" YaY me! Ha ha ha It was all over in less than 20 minutes. I can honestly say although it may be uncomfortable it was not torture and everyone was so awesome that I felt really taken care of! Don't be scared to get these things done! The staff knows you're nervous and they really are here to help! Thanks ladies!

Our doctors office sent two referrals regarding palliative care. My wife left three messages to get information and scheduled and I also left three messages to get scheduled. After weeks, we finally contacted the doctors office to let them know, we had to find someone else because patriot will not call us back. The doctors office contacted them again and they were informed they no longer offer for palliative care. Why couldn't they take one minute to return our phone call to let us know? They are working with vulnerable people who need help and they don't have the courtesy to call back.

Their team of nurses & therapists are very professional, encouraging, conscientious, compassionate, and always on time. They were also very flexible about my time schedule, as mornings were next to impossible for me. They would call to check up on me and make sure that I was doing okay, as well as having a 24 hour phone access if I ever had any problems. I can't say enough about Randy Williams, who was my therapist the entire time. Not having a different therapist each visit made a huge difference. He was so encouraging and patient while pushing me to improve and reach my goal, but also making sure that I wasn't in pain while doing so. He never left my home until I had an ice pack on my knee to reduce swelling. I was sad to see him leave when his job was done. Thank you Patriot for making a very daunting time in my life bearable. On Friday morning when it was not any better we called her usual Chiropractor but she was or of town. She recommended Dr. Angela who was gracious enough to work Chara in. Dr. Angela is an extremely thorough chiropractor and she takes her time in getting to know what is going on and does not rush her way through adjusting her patient. Chara loved how gentle she was and how she explained what was going on and how she was working to correct it. While Chara was being adjusted, Don, her assistant gave me a tour of heir beautiful office and stupid me forgot to take photos - but I will next time. It is so pretty and so serene. I curled up in the massage chair and could have slept their all afternoon. They have a masso therapist and a reflexologist who take appointments as well as a nutritionist! I am so excited. I am planning to do a ten day detox with them! It's extremely affordable and gets excellent results! I will post an update and let y'all know how it goes!
