You can't call the office and talk to anyone, you have to message through a portal and hope you put some trigger words in the message to get any kind of response. I am officially parting ways after this last incident. No doctor should hold a degree over someone experiencing something the doctor can't see or feel themselves. Take the time and find a doctor that actually responds and cares about your experience.

She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. I got in within two weeks of my phone call. The office is clean and there are lots of seats. Our appointment was with Dr. ALBA. She is a family medical doctor so the type of care she provides is vast. She was superior. She deserves 10 stars. She was knowledgeable, she was kind, she was sufficient, she answered all the questions patiently. She listened to my 85-year, old mother patiently. I'm very happy I chose this doctor. The reason for the four stars instead of the five is because of the front desk and the check-in procedure. It's extensive to the point of being a bit unreasonable. One hour before the appointment time, They emailed me a very large amount of computer work to be done. I had to do it while my husband was driving. When we got there, they gave us the same information again in paper and we had to fill it out in paper. This is not a first time patient procedure. This is an every time procedure. There was people in there, complaining about these procedures verbally at the front desk while I was there. Since I find this medical doctor to be exceptional, I will fill out any papers that I need to every time I bring my mother to this doctor. If you're looking for a great medical doctor, Dr Alba is a good choice, but be ready for the front desk, it's quite a challenge.

While I do have mild sleep apnea. the CPAP never worked or helped and I ended up giving it back to the DME company. I recently switched doctors and my new doc put me on testosterone cream and 200 mg of progesterone and, wow, I'm sleeping through the night like a baby. It is only estrogen that I cannot take, progesterone and testosterone are fine. I do not recommend Dr. King to anyone. I feel she is very close minded, her bedside manner is terrible and she often runs late without apology.
