Our baby was in distress, crying uncontrollably, running a fever, with goopy eyes and a very runny nose. We immediately took her to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with two ear infections. While we respect the need for policies, turning away an infant in such condition over a one-minute delay feels unreasonable. We have always appreciated Dr. Moore's care, but our interactions with the office staff have been consistently unpleasant.
