I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. I really do not wish to deal with people like that so I will find a new, better, more communicative, and responsive doctor's office.

I got in within two weeks of my phone call. The office is clean and there are lots of seats. Our appointment was with Dr. ALBA. She is a family medical doctor so the type of care she provides is vast. She was superior. She deserves 10 stars. She was knowledgeable, she was kind, she was sufficient, she answered all the questions patiently. She listened to my 85-year, old mother patiently. I'm very happy I chose this doctor. The reason for the four stars instead of the five is because of the front desk and the check-in procedure. It's extensive to the point of being a bit unreasonable. One hour before the appointment time, They emailed me a very large amount of computer work to be done. I had to do it while my husband was driving. When we got there, they gave us the same information again in paper and we had to fill it out in paper. This is not a first time patient procedure. This is an every time procedure. There was people in there, complaining about these procedures verbally at the front desk while I was there. Since I find this medical doctor to be exceptional, I will fill out any papers that I need to every time I bring my mother to this doctor. If you're looking for a great medical doctor, Dr Alba is a good choice, but be ready for the front desk, it's quite a challenge.

I recently switched doctors and my new doc put me on testosterone cream and 200 mg of progesterone and, wow, I'm sleeping through the night like a baby. It is only estrogen that I cannot take, progesterone and testosterone are fine. I do not recommend Dr. King to anyone. I feel she is very close minded, her bedside manner is terrible and she often runs late without apology.

AND they even followed up with a phone call to let me know it was time to leave, if I hadn't. The woman who checked took my co-pay was great and had everything ready before I even walked in the door. The tech who did triage and took my blood pressure etc. was also skilled, experienced, and was so attentive & reassuring. She was also patient when I had to call my sister (also a DR.) about a few history type items. I got the most amazing thorough care from my NP, Chioma Okechukwu. She was direct, knowledgeable, and was able to provide a correct diagnosis from what I thought coming in. It was late at night so she rushed in a script so I was able to collect it before CVS closed and so I could get the first restful night sleep without pain that I have had in a very long time. I am so grateful for CareNow Urgent Care. This was a better experience than I have ever had at the ER and much much much LESS $!! Better healthcare at a lower cost, didn't think that was possible anymore. The follow up care instructions were very clear and even highlighted by the NP in the key parts. They sent a text to follow up the next day and forwarded all the details of my visit to my primary care. SO SMOOTH!!!!
