Victory has help d a lot - the extended hours compliment my primary doctor. Lots of good advice with the latest position on many ailments. Courteous and clean. Parking is not difficult but certain days it can fill.

In terms of the staff, they were friendly, thoughtful and professional all. Yes, this is a busy office, but at no time did I ever feel neglected or forgotten about. In fact, on the contrary, I felt Dr. Briggs and staff realize how busy they are, then conscientiously made it a point to ensure I was attended to in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend a visit to Dr. Briggs Cedar Park office if you are seeking any ENT guidance and assistance. Sincerely, Tony Braaksma

I was standing at the front desk and in a rude tone of voice, Danni said, "do you have an appointment here. Danni was verbally abusive and does not like people, she is not friendly. Danni said something extremely fast. I said I'm sorry, what did you say? She got up out of her chair and was talking very loudly and she said your ID and insurance. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me that loud. Danni got even louder and nastier and said Id and Insurance. I said I just gave that to you. I said I can hear you, you do not have to speak to me like that, you are speaking very loudly. In a nasty aggressive tone she said, well you said you couldn't hear me. I said I did not understand what you said because you were speaking very fast. She got even louder. There was another customer standing at the desk watching all of this. I find it hard to believe that you let an employee mistreat customers like this. Danni needs to be fired and find a job where she is not required to provide excellent customer service. Danni needs to be fired, I don't know why she felt so comfortable being so nasty and ugly to me. The other employees were nice. Shirley C.

They had a different child's name under my sons date of birth. The lady that answered put down the wrong address, phone, and name. Then she told me to hold on another girl picked up the phone. She said "your insurance doesn't cover this appointment it will be $900!" She didn't explain how or why that is broken into $900.00. She said very rude and short "do you still want to come?" I told her no then she hung up without saying goodbye or anything. I then called Texan Allergy. They were extremely nice she said my insurance does cover the visit and if I wanted to do the drops it would be $50 per month.

This last year she got so bad her dr wanted to put her on medication to control the tics, this was the last thing I wanted for my daughter to be on medication for the rest of her life.my last hope was to try chiropractic care and see if this could help with out replying on medicatio. I call the office and asked for advice to see if they would even taken my kiddo, Dr. Swanson called me back personally to let me know he will do what he can to help her! My daughter was ticking before her first treatment 115 times in a 15 min period. After her first treatment on the drive home she amazing had only ticed 15 in the 30 mins. she said she felt more relaxed and not so tense. my heart felt blessed to have such a get dr to care for her as he has for me in the past. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who need their body in the hands of a true healer. now we have weekly sessions to help manage her tics and she is happier and healthier with each visit!! thank you to the amazing team and to Dr Swanson!

It's always hard for me to write a "not great" review, but I do feel obligated to warn people that…read morethis is not the place to go for acupuncture. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, it was clear this is a churn-and-burn type of practice. Tons of people, everyone in and out within 10-20 minutes. I came in specifically requesting electroacupuncture. I told Dr. Jeff this directly, and both he and another staff member nodded and said "great," as if everything was aligned. It was not. I was taken into the "acupuncture" room and asked to lie face down on an extremely uncomfortable chair that was clearly meant for chiropractic adjustments- not acupuncture. I explained my tendinitis. He nodded, placed four basic needles in my arm, and said someone would come back to remove them. About 10 minutes later, a woman came in and took them out. There was no electroacupuncture involved at any point. No leads, no stimulation, nothing remotely resembling what I explicitly asked for. Then came checkout where I was shocked to be told I owed $175. I was informed there was a $100 "new patient" fee and $75 for the treatment. This felt completely unjustified. I was there for maybe 25 minutes total. In any legitimate acupuncture clinic, you're lying comfortably in a calm room for at least 45-60 minutes. There was no new patient exam this felt so scammy. I unfortunately booked a second appointment, mostly because I was exhausted from work and didn't want to search for another nearby provider, and didn't want to pay yet another $100 new patient fee elsewhere. That was a mistake. The second visit was also in and out within about 20 minutes. This place is an absolute rip-off for acupuncture. I do want to say that everyone who works here is very nice. That's not the issue. The issue is that what they offer is not real acupuncture as most people understand it, and it's wildly overpriced for what you actually receive. They should honestly remove acupuncture from their business name. I would like a refund.
