    I have had considerable contact with this company over the last 7-8 years due to over pressure from…read moremy city water. Flooding in my home and destruction of the ceiling and flooding in the basement. They are always incredible prompt in answering the call, and extremely efficient. Machines and fans were brought in and positioned for best results, and ran 24-7 during the drying process. demolition of the items that needed replacing, and walling off the areas with plastic. Cynthia, Karina and Anna were here for about 4-5 days, assessing the damage and checking to see if the floors and subfloors had dried out. The first day, Cynthia and Karina worked tirelessly to clean up a major mess in the basement, with drywall , insulation and ductwork from my HVAC system. Everything was bagged and removed. On subsequent days, they come out and relocated the many fans and dehydrators to best serve the purpose. These women were totally professional, very understanding of my being frazzled, and kept me updated on the progress of the drying. I would also like to mention Scott and Andy who came out on day one and were equally informative and made sure they were reachable even after hours. This is the preferred Restoration company for my Insurance company, USAA, and the fact that they trust them just added to my relief.

During my time there, I observed frequent communication issues, a lack of accountability, and ongoing conflict between team members. In my opinion, departments often struggled to work together effectively, which negatively impacted both employees and customers. Unfortunately, I was terminated after needing to take unpaid time off when my newborn child was admitted to the NICU several hours away from our office. While I understand businesses must make staffing decisions, the experience left me disappointed with the company's level of support during a difficult family situation. I also found management to be largely unavailable for guidance and support when operational issues arose. As someone in a leadership role, I expected more collaboration and direction. As someone with restoration industry experience, I was also surprised by the apparent lack of industry certifications among many of the technicians I worked alongside. During my time with the company, I was only aware of one field technician who held industry certifications, while many of the employees I worked with did not appear to hold certifications such as IICRC credentials. I also observed staffing and qualification issues that I felt impacted the department's ability to operate efficiently. Based on what I personally observed during my employment, I would not choose this company for restoration services and would instead recommend that potential customers carefully research all available restoration contractors before making a decision. This review reflects my personal experience as an employee and not as a customer.

    These guys are amazing! They're local to my area which is important to me to give back to local…read morebusinesses. They called me back, and came out immediately, before any other contractor. They took the time to explain their recommendations and why. They even worked with my insurance company. I spoke to another company who wanted to take out everything, even places that weren't even wet. First OnSite recommended not to do this because the insurance company would not pay for anything that wasn't damaged which could cause me to pay out of pocket for anything that wasn't damaged. My insurance company agreed and recommended that I go with them. If I would have gone with the other company I would have been paying out of pocket. Basically, I didn't have to worry about anything.
