5 stars!! My family and I traveled to Asheville to live and work in an Airbnb for a month. Only issue is that we wanted to bring our cat Elwood with us and the property owners were understandably worried about the impact for other guests in the future that might be allergic. We were at an impasse and considering canceling the trip. Enter Jake and Elevation Restoration! He took time out of his busy schedule to speak with me and walk me through how a carpet and upholstery deep clean would make the place allergen free. He was generous with his time and insights and communicated with me and the property owner to allay our fears. We went ahead with the trip and as promised he and his crew were there to make the place fresh and new - no trace of dander or indication that a cat had ever been there. Amazing job!! I highly recommend this business as they stripped my hardwood floors that had years of wax and dirt buildup and resurfaced them to a glossy finish. It looks like I have new flooring now. This was the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had in my home. I had initially considered a nationallly known company but they would have sent someone from out of state and I wanted to support local business. The man from Elevation who cleaned our carpets was punctual, very courteous and professional. If I could give a minus one star, I would. I called these people 3 weeks ago to clean our pee-stained carpet. When I talked to the woman at the office to make the appointment, she assured me they always keep appointments and not to worry. Our appointment was for December 22, 2017. We made appointments for our two dogs to be groomed, so they wouldn't be here. Well, at 10 minutes to 9 today, I called them to ask where they were and was told we didn't have an appointment, and that they were on a very big job and couldn't help us. So, I had the prospect of entertaining our out of town guests who were coming for Christmas in a smelly, pee stained house. I do not recommend these people - even if they clean your carpet for nothing. read more

Having had the opportunity to meet both of the principals of the business, Josh Prinz and Jake Senyo, we were impressed by their active involvement in the work at hand. It is noteworthy that Josh Prinz accommodated our request to perform weekend painting of the interior of our home with the work crew working exhaustively on Saturday and Sunday into the evening hours. For each category of service that we received, the focus of the work was on delivering a highly professional level of service with customer satisfaction a key focus. The "before" and "after" pictures speak for themselves! The experience with Jake from beginning to end was professional, timely and seamless. I saw on Instagram that they could clean furniture and upholstery so why not cloth seats in a vehicle? The seating in this van was "beyond repair" and in need of a total makeover. The professional cleaning and transformation by Elevation Restoration exceeded all expectations! I am a fan and a repeat customer for life! The cost was reasonable and much less than having the seats reupholstered or replaced. This van has over 225,000 miles on it and this cleaning will keep us going long into the future.
