Matt seemed to understand and we proceeded to coordinate a date which he could come by my home to give me a diagnosis but he scheduled twice, the last time giving me no date or time just stating he needs to reschedule and nothing else. I did finally reach out and his response is below but basically telling me I am not a priority and that his schedule does not revolve around me. All of that is valid, it is his business and he is free to run his business in which ever way he chooses, but not with my money. If you can avoid wasting your time with this man I advise you do so. I don't have a working car and I wasted another week with this unprofessional man/business.

Most shops and towing companies were closed but not Fast Friendly's. They had a tow truck sent to me within 30 mins. I continued my trip in a different vehicle and asked if they could do everything possible to have my car done 2 days later on my way back through after skiing. They met the short timeline, despite having to tow my vehicle, order a special part (drive train baring), install, and quality check their work. I could not be happier with the service. I had the best case scenario thanks to Fast Friendly's. They even charged me less than quoted because they did not use all the parts they thought were needed. But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. My car isn't new and has a good amount of miles but it feels new. The Easterling Bros maintain my car and i worry about nothing. We just took a 1600 mile round trip with no issues at all in my older vehicle. Next month i will get new tires from them and aside from general maintenance including oil change, i have a "like new" car. Making an appointment is super easy.
