The lobby was closed, as was the restroom, etc. It was like that EVERYWHERE. Such was to be expected. I also experienced the same SUPPLY CHAIN issues during that Covid period. I am not affiliated with One Stop, just so you know, and that review is totally OUT of context. I have a 20 year old truck. I have spent quite a bit of time and money there. One Stop has had PLENTY of opportunities to "hose me down", and they didn't do it. Any time. On my model of truck, the smallest thing can be a disaster. I had more than one issue that was caused by a 6" vacuum hose. They put a spare one on it, took 5 minutes to diagnose, and no charge. Another time, the lovely streets in this town busted my front end to bits, and they had the truck repaired in 24 hours. Labor is high right now, yes. So are parts. They're also sometimes hard to get. Deal with it, Folks. If you've never worked retail or customer service, you have no idea! Dale York and his son Josh are two of the most honest and respectable people I know. As I said, plenty of opp's have presented themselves for them to make a large, easy profit. And they didn't. One Stop is the only place that I allow to touch my truck now, unless I'm out of town! I know they changed owners a while back, sadly. A few days ago I had a bad noise coming from the front of my car, serpentine belt related. One of the idler pulleys came off while driving there. I left it for an estimate. Well, I get a call the next day and they quote me 2 prices. With bad pulleys and belt - $527 With tensioner, all pulleys, and belt $1,157. I was gobsmacked. Im on social security so i told them no and picked up after paying the diagnostic fee. I have always worked on my own cars until i turned 69,, lol. Decided to do it myself. Gates Serpentine Kit $325. Turns out it is an easy job on my Infiniti G37X. Less than an hour start to finisn. I know garages charge more on parts but even if kit was $600 that would be $550 for labor. Like i say i know everything is more expensive. Seems like they want timing belt replacement prices for a serpentine belt. I need recommendations for a new shop.​

Another visit with a different vehicle, asked for an oil change and just confirm there are no problems before we went on a road trip. $100 for that oil change and health check which seemed really high. Bottom line, they seem like solid mechanics. Just be prepared to pay!
