BEWARE ******* They took my LARGE deposit and have not done the work. They NEVER call me to let me know they are "Delayed" and give me a new date that they will not do. I have to call them 3-5 times to get through or leave a VM and no call back. They give me a new excuse and New date that they don't do. They are giving me excuses that the concrete companies are running behind and so they start a job and then don't finish for days as they can't pay for the concrete until the get another Sucker to pay a deposit. I asked for my money back since they have delayed for MONTHS, and was told to go to Arbitration to get my money back since I signed a contract. Well they are NOT doing the work, so should give me my money back. I am sure have spent it. I don't want them to do it now, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! I got 2 estimates to replace an uneven narrow L shaped residential sidewalk with a 60 inch wide curved sidewalk and to install a 35 inch aggregate border on each side of my driveway. Brice Napier at WarrenCo seemed more knowledgeable and eager to implement my special requests, so I went with them. The contract mirrored our verbal agreement exactly, Brice was always on it, and the work was flawless. (I have had many concrete projects done in my life.) I asked them to do it in colder weather, and they applied curing blankets to accommodate me. First, zero communication the first 35 days after submitting deposit. Second, project manager was a NO SHOW for meeting with city inspector responsible for approving the work a few hours before the job was to begin. Project manager told us he was pulling permits with city. We contacted city after Warren claimed it was done and city never heard of him or Warren. Permit Fee is in our contract and this money has yet to be refunded. Had the city not worked with us so closely the past several months they would have shut down the work. Third, project manager and Warren offices never responded to multiple emails and phone calls with extremely basic requests for scheduling updates and contract questions. Fourth, no follow up upon completion of project. No instruction on concrete care and curing process. The only aspect of this job that went well was the crew, who are not Warren employees. read more

RUN AWAY !!! TERRIBLE AESTHETIC & CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had them pour a sidewalk and a third driveway extension. They were terrible with communication and I had to call the office several times to get an answer... believe me they do not like when women call them, because they kept calling my husband instead of me because they didn't like the questions I would ask them. Hired to match a driveway, during install I told the crew several times that it was not matching and the lines were not straight! I was told "We Fix". The project manager Bryce told us it would match the drive and admits that it DOES NOT.. however in their words... AESTHETICS doesn't matter! So I guess as long as it is strong enough to drive/walk/ or sit on... it doesn't matter what it looks like! I also got them over $6,000 in jobs as well, however they want to treat their customers terribly! After reading through the contract they say you must go to their arbitrator and then split the fees with them... honestly didn't expect to the that because of the work they show on FB... Do not hire. Verbal contract given by Chris did not match written contract. Trick words like "trade partners" vice "subcontractor" were said. Chris never showed up or called after the project was started to check on it or our pleasure with it. Finishing in terms of a homeowner having a driveway that has the dirt done on the sides was termed as back haul and not included. The verbal picture of a turnkey project was not the intent of the contractor. In the end when I spoke with owner Jason he swore at me and threatened me with a lawsuit. Did not care about my concerns. Literally did not want to hear what I had to say, only to get his money or sue me. Very disappointed and would not be writing this if he listened. read more

Just don't. Contacted them and received a bid quickly. Bid was 20% higher than others but it was professionally provided so we engaged them and paid the 50% down. The professionalism stopped at that moment. Phone calls are not returned, 4 times we were told they would show up "tomorrow" - no show, no call. Be prepared to supervise to make sure they provide the contracted work, no supervisor onsite, no follow-up. Very disappointed. read more

We hired WarrenCo Construction to remove and re-pour our back patio, add a front stoop and place curbs along the sides of our driveway. We had seen some of their work in our neighborhood. We also talked with one of their customers. Their work looked good and the testimonial from their customer seemed fine, so we called them. Derek came out with in a few days of contacting them. He gave an estimate with a decent price on the spot. We booked them right away and paid 1/2 down. They cashed the check with in 3 days and the utilities were located soon after that. Derek sent me a text, stating they would start our project with in 3 to 4 weeks. He followed up with the start date about a week before they were to be at our house. When that day arrived, no call and no show. So, I started calling, emailing and texting Derek and the office. No response to any of my communication for almost 5 days!!! 5 DAYS. Near the end of the 5th day of silence, I got a text from Derek stating there had been a big shake up in the company. He also stated that he had been fired, then rehired. He said he didn't have access to his phone so he could not communicate with any of his customers. He also told me that the office phones and servers were down for the whole week and they needed to recreate all of their customer information. He reassured me that every thing had been corrected and our project would be completed soon. He did apologize for the lack of communication and all the trouble. I appreciated his disclosure of the issue. I thought we were back on track. He gave me a new start date and we waited. Well, when that day arrived Derek and Milton (foreman of the crew) showed up and we walked through the project. I was under the impression they would be starting that day. Derek said they would not start that day because Milton and his crew were finishing up another project, but we would be next. There was apparently a delay on the other project because Milton and his crew did not show up on the day that was discussed. When they did not show up, I started calling, texting and emailing with no response again. My wife, who works for a law office sent an email to the WarrenCo office email, basically stating they needed to show up to perform the work because the contract we signed stated that work must commence within 30 days. We were seriously thinking of pursuing legal action if they would have gone past the 30 days with out starting. I can't remember if it was the very next day or the day after, but Milton and his crew arrived to start the project. They were the best part of this whole experience. They worked hard and their finish quality was really good. They clean up well too. They respected our home and property. All around they were really good. Milton and I exchanged numbers and he communicated really well. By the way, I never heard from Derek again. He hasn't even checked in to see if we were satisfied with the project. He never came back to retrieve the sign we had in the yard. A few days later, I received the final invoice. The price was not changed, even thought Milton and crew did some extra work at my request. I printed it, cut a check and mailed it to their office in Avon. We had a nice patio and a really good experience with Milton and his crew. Just didn't care much for the way everything was handled prior to the job actually starting, but ok maybe they did have some issues and a big shake up. It happens. Well, I've save the best part for last. I received a phone call from Eliana at WarrenCo yesterday asking about our payment of the final balance. I told her I had mailed the check a few days after I received the invoice. She told me that the foreman was here to get payment for the job and they have not received the check. She also said I needed to stop payment on that check and send a new one. I said that the check was mailed over a week ago and I was not going to stop payment or cut a new one until I knew for sure that they did not receive it. She then got a little snippy stating that she gets the mail every day and she was sure she did not receive the check. We decided to wait a few more days to see if the check would arrive. The very next morning, I checked the bank account. The check had cleared on the same day this conversation with Eliana took place. Unbelievable. read more

Do not use this company the work is shoddy and it end up costing more than they originally quoted they did not do it the way they told me they were going to and also the work is crooked on the front porch that I had done also they wanted to do everything on their phones and you had no paperwork to back anything up until it was done again I do not recommend this company at all. WARNING...Do not use this business. My experience with this company is very similar to most of the reviews here. Wish I would have checked Yelp* before using this company. The crew they used for my Job was not even their crew as they subcontracted it out. I had a stamped concrete patio done and the stamps were very uneven and some places they had painted lines in where there weren't stamps. Globs where left at the base of the step and the sealer did not work correctly. I had them back to address some issues and was told that my expectations were too high when it came to concreate work. I had them back another two times to address the sealer issue and it remained cloudy even into this spring. I paid half down for the job to start which got delayed many many times. I contracted them in May 2020 and still had no resolution through October 2020. I refused to pay remaining balance until work was done to my satisfaction and was told that would not come out to address my issues until the balance was paid and if I didn't pay that they would place a lien on my property. Shame on me for trusting that they would hold up their promise to address all my issues. If I could give them negative stars it would -5 stars. read more

Within a month of being poured the concrete developed a crack across the entire driveway. I called WarrenCo within days of the pouring to point out that I thought there were issues. I was told not to worry that if anything came up that our purchase was guaranteed and repairs would be made. When i called back to inform them of the crack the initial response I received was a promise to follow back up followed by three weeks of no reply. When I followed back up again I received an e-mail replay with a copy of the BAGI guidelines essentially informing me that no repairs would be made. If this is the quality and service you are looking for then WarrenCo is your company. If you hope for better, look elsewhere. read more

I found WarrenCo through Home Adviser. They are the second company I have used Home Adviser for and must say I was not disappointed. WarrenCo came when they said they would and did the job in a timely manner. Do to no fault of there's (the weather kicked up a terrible storm) and ruined the concrete. I had the a great project done by these pro's, really I never met a more professional bunch of guys there to do work on my home exactly as I wanted. I had no experience when hiring paving contractors but Iam so greatful in finding Warrenco. The sales team listened to my wants and drafted up an order for concrete as well as 6500 sq ft of paving I did my homework and new going in how much it should cost, there cost was below mine. I hardheartedly recommend Warrenco for all your concrete and your asphalt paving needs, I just wish that I had more stuff for Warrenco to do, Thats's how happy Iam with Warrenco. read more

Alex Jackson was the project manager and the process was easy. Large portion of driveway was removed, replaced, and extended in a day. It isn't cheap, but cheap was what I was replacing.
