My daughter was married on October 19. The floral arrangements that Topiaire provided were absolutely magnificent. From the table arrangements, the bouquets and the cake topper flowers to the church arrangements, we couldn't have asked for anything better...absolutely perfect! Erin and Ryan were so easy and pleasant to work with. They are professional , responsive and knowledgeable and made great suggestions to keep costs under budget without compromising quality. Everything was delivered on time and to 3 different locations seamlessly without any problems. True experts in their field! What a remarkably mean, callous, & coarse woman! When someone treats you like shit there is always a temptation to think: "oh, it must be something wrong with me", so it's edifying to realise I'm not alone in finding Erin something of a monster. My daughter didn't receive the bouquet I bought for her Valentine's Day, though Topiarie took my money. Because of an ongoing custody matter I didn't get to talk to my daughter to discover the flowers never arrived for several months. When I brought it up with Erin, she was BRUTAL- told me they NEVER make a mistake, my daughter probably forgot getting the flowers, in any case she didn't care at all what the reasons were for the time lapse, she wasn't prepared to look into it, almost shouting by this point, she put the phone down on me. This isn't someone you can communicate with. Not someone you want to trust with your money or your gestures of love. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. read more

Ordered flowers for a funeral that was neverrrrr delivered!!! They were ordered on FTD which provided us the name, phone number, and address. Called the guy and he said we were mistaken because the shop had been closed for Two weeks. I'm not sure if it was miscommunication from the flower website or him, but he was so rude. A family members has passed and the owner is rude and obnoxious saying it's our fault. I will never buy from them and neither should you. He said nothing could be done and we hung up. My fiancé ordered me flowers for my birthday from this shop and they were mainly greens and very little flowers. They died within 2 days and by that day it was Saturday evening. My fiancé asked me to take it back to the shop since I live here and that I did. They refused to give a refund and I had take pictures of the flowers that had not bloomed and were already dead, the 1 rose was already dead and the greens had black spots all over. My break was not that long and Alba told me they can replace it or wait to talk to manager tomorrow. Which was Tuesday. So they kept my vase and I told her that my fiancé will talk to them and if it needs to be replaced ill call them since they do not want to refund. I called them back and Alba came on the phone and immediately gave the phone to her "boss" who never introduced herself but saying she was the owner. Started yelling saying that I am to never call back there and my fiancé or she will file harassment charges. My fiancé told me that she said I came in there with an attitude from what Alba told her which is a lie and not true. I was upset that my birthday flowers died within 2 days and they also did not try to offer a refund or take care of us. My fiancé ordered flowers that were well off over $150 a couple weeks prior which were gorgeous and lasted 2 weeks at least. These flowers he ordered the owner exclaimed to him that they were ,"only $50!" and fifty dollars or not they should have not been an arrangement of greens and dead within two days! They kept the vase and I tried calling back since they weren't going to offer the refund to make another arrangement and I was yelled at and told she would file harassment charges on us for being upset over flowers that died within 2 days and that they were only $50! Very unprofessional and overpriced. Not good customer service and no regards to compromise. Between Alba and the owner they both lie and come up with stories on how I was perceived which is wrong as I was only trying to enjoy birthday flowers sent with love from my fiancé who is not here. I love visiting Topiaire on Jobs Lane in Southampton as Erin and her team are so wonderfully warm, kind, efficient and fun! They always have an extensive selection of beautiful flowers on hand and their arrangements always make me feel as though I'm in a lovely Hamptons garden. We have relied on their services for all sorts of personal events and I have been delighted with their work ordered both over the phone and in person. They also have a terrific assortment of candles, soaps and creams and hostess gifts at different price points adding to the overall charm of this shop. And their penny candy store behind the main store is delicious in both it's decor and offerings - love all those antique and painted surfboards! Topiaire is a treasure! I could not think of Southampton without thinking of Erin and her lovely and charming shop. We are lucky to have them! read more

Terrible. I just asked for an arrangement to be delivered for my mom's surgery along with a "Get Well Soon" balloon to be delivered today. They were delivered on time but they forgot the balloon which I paid for. On the phone when ordering the girl said, don't worry we'll make the arrangement beautiful and I specifically said I wanted NO roses, just beautiful colorful bright vibrant unique flowers, like snap dragons, lilacs, peonies or something similar, just beautiful flowers. She reassured me that it would be a beautiful bouquet several times because I was concerned since she was rushing me on the phone and I wanted to be extra clear about the exact flowers I wanted. My mom just sent me a photo and there was 1 yellow rose, a few pink fucsia flowers and an orange rose and then a ton of green filler leaves, etc. I called them afterwards to see why the balloon wasn't delivered and the girl LAUGHED. Sorry but this isn't funny to me. Paying for a floral arrangement & balloon to be delivered on the day of my Mom's surgery when I couldn't be there to hand deliver it myself is very important that you get it right, especially if I'm paying you for it. I will definitely NOT be using Topiaire in the future. I do not recommend them to anyone. read more
