The tech changed the price quoted to me and then broke her phone. When I told him I wanted a refund (I didn't even mention the obvious ethics that he should replace her phone which he broke), he started yelling and cussing. He got so out of control that he hit me and tried to take my phone from me a couple of times. I had to take shelter and call the police.

She was responsive, professionals and really listened to what we needed and wanted. In the middle of the project we decided to make a last minute change. She found the bushes we wanted at a store 30 minutes away...Kara went to the store, got the plants and brought them back so we didn't have to wait another day to have the plants delivered. We went to the Sleep Experts off Preston first and did the mattress match technology thing with the…read moresalesman there. He was nice, attentive, but kept trying to push us towards a mattress that was almost 5k and kept throwing in free stuff like pillows and sheets. We didn't like how he was pushing that most expensive mattress there and not considering how we slept. Few days later, we went to a different Sleep Experts and met with Tom (I think). We did the expert match thing again and right of the bat, he told us he would start on the lower end then work up because what's the point of having to spend more than you need to? He's my kind of guy! We tried about four mattresses and picked out a Serra iComfort at $2500. He had us try one more that was much more expensive just to see the difference. We didn't feel much of a difference and we picked the $2500 one. He gave us the marketed $100 off the mattress and after I asked about pillows/sheets, he said he'll give us a $200 credit on that as well. I also asked about the Yelp freebie and he said you don't want that. It's a pretty cheap frame. This deal is much better. Yes! When we were checking out he said he'll just throw in another $100 off to make it an even $400 off. Fantastic! The mattress was delivered a couple days later with seriously the most amazing delivery service ever. Red Carpet deliveries. They literally rolled out a red carpet at my front door and put on red booties over your shoes. I love companies that do that. My only curiosity is that another couple came in after us and since he was the only employee, they had to wait a long time. He told him he would make it worth their while. I want to know what kind of deal they got!

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!
