Ten minutes later and on her off day, Sylvia Nelms called me back. I have yet to hear from the other two services. Sylvia helped me focus my search and made appointments for me at several places while I worked in the mornings. She called me every day to ask me what else she could do for me. She never pressured me or pushed me to any one location. She is personable, professional, loves her job and was an absolute delight to work with!!! In the end, unbeknownst to me, I selected a place to live that does NOT pay a service like ASAP Apartment Finders a commission. She did not complain about it. She stated that she was very happy for me and that the commission was a non-issue. I can't imagine there's anyone out there better than Sylvia and ASAP!

Last fall I found myself looking for a real estate agent to replace a sub par one that we had been using. My family has moved a lot and we've worked with many real estate agents over the years. So far in my experience Elaine is by far the best! In most cases I feel like I can do as much as my agent can. I usually look at houses quite a bit before I'm sure of the one that I want so I usually can comp it out myself based on all the others I've looked at. In all my years of buying, this was a breath of fresh air. We viewed several houses together and I can tell you, I have never walked in and had an agent be able to point out upgrades in a house or tell me why a house is better or worse than the last one we looked at, but that is exactly what I got in this situation. She was able to tell me if I should be asking for less based on what they had or if the house was filled with great things that would bring up the value and wow a buyer. She not only helped me get a great price on a beautiful new home, she also helped me out of a situation that my last real estate agent helped me get into. And then she came back again this spring to help me with my county appraisal protest. I don't know if this is something she normally does or not, but my family has really appreciated her and I would highly recommend her to you!
