We had a good experience with this crew. Found a dead rat in the attic so called a few people to get quotes. Xpert had good reviews and best price for us so we went with them. They were on time and quick. Plugged up the holes, set up a camera etc. Came back a couple of times to check activity before removing the cams. Big pest problem. Bought rat poison. Big mistake. The problem with poison is that the rats die in your walls and smell for a week or two. And not all the rats died from the poison. So I decided to do this the right way and call Xpert Pest Solutions. They came out, inspected the attic, removed a dead rat from the poison I laid out - ugly little thing - and gave me a fair quote for rat removal and sealing up the home. They came out, sealed the house, laid the traps, and with a few visits back to remove rats and reset traps, our rat problem was gone! I ordered a general spray for a house we are renting out. The communication was great, the service was on time, and finished within the time given at great price. After the spray we were also notified of the findings and if anything else was needed( luckily everything was good.) It was money well spent and good company. Firstly, I want to thank fellow Yelpers here for helping me find this company for my rat problem. I had several other companies come out (EcoSafe: who had an ineffective solution which not only came with no guarantee, but also would have resulted with poisoned dead rats around the property; and another company who wanted to charge over a thousand, also with no guarantee; and another company who charged to even come look). So, Eber (super nice guy BTW) came out-- told me they would seal up all the access holes; leave traps; come every three days to check until no rats were found; and then clean and disinfect the area. Plus, he gives a 12 month guarantee. They scooped up several in my crawl space (which no other company even looked at) and they got one sucker in the attic. Called last week on Monday to see what they could do since we had seen some evidence of rats in the attic and the dog had ruined the carpet in the back room. I had placed some bait to kill them but limited success. They came out pretty quick and said yes we had some rats. Gave a very reasonable price to seal house and place traps. If you've ever had bedbugs, or know someone who has, you know how overwhelming it seems. That's where I was a few weeks ago when I called my landlord to let him know and enlist his help finding an exterminator to come do an inspection. The next day Eber, at Xpert Pest Solutions, called and arranged to come inspect the place. I followed him throughout the inspection and asked him tons of questions. He was very thorough and showed me what he was looking for. At the end of the inspection there was sparse evidence of bedbugs, aside from our bites. He said a spot treatment of the mattresses would kill any creepy crawlies and prevent any more from moving in. He came back to treat the apartment and we haven't been bitten since. We had a rodent problem for longer than I ever wanted before accepted the fact that we had a situation that we couldn't fix. I called on Sunday expecting to get an answering service. We had three squirrels that came into our attic and ate our electrical wires after making a big hole (first picture) through the wood. We have some roof rats that decided to move in to our attic. I sent Eber a message on his website explaining the problem (after business hours) and he called me first thing the next morning. Eber arrived on time that same day, did a full inspection of my roof and attic for problem areas and gave me an extremely reasonable quote for all the work he was going to have to do. I went ahead and approved his quote and he immediately got to work. No "I'll call you in a few days to schedule you" or anything like that! Eber sealed off the critical entry points, got traps laid in the attic and let me know he will be back in a few days to remove the traps, sanitize and clean the attic and finish the job.
