She was very communicative, asked and confirmed what all I wanted her to focus cleaning on, she then asked me to verify and let her know if things needed more cleaning. Her crew listened to her and all of them worked together going room to room. I like that they are organized, communicative, and reliable! Definitely recommend these cleaners for your home! Hired this company to do a move out cleaning. First off, they were an hour late. I'm selling my home which they were aware of. My buyers and their realtor did a final walkthrough the next day and weren't satisfied. TOILETS AND THE MASTER BATHROOM SHOWER weren't cleaned at all. I asked her if she can come by and clean the areas my buyers weren't happy with especially the TOILETS. She said she would come at noon. We waited at the house from 12pm to 5pm. She never showed. She stopped responding to texts and forwarded my calls to voicemail. This issue has postponed my closing and I'm furious. Why lie and say you would come clean the TOILETS YOU MISSED? Requesting a FULL REFUND. I will NEVER recommend this cleaning service. read more

I based my request for a quote solely on the reviews for this company. They responded to my messages very quickly. The owner responded to all my questions and provided a fair quote. The cleaners completed the first cleaning and we were extremely happy with the results. They listened carefully to our requests and did exactly what we were looking for. They brought their own supplies which was nice. They left the floor clean but not sticky like past cleaners. I'm very disappointed in the cleaning I received from this company. I had two ladies show up 25 minutes late and then proceed to ask me what I wanted done. They were very nice but there was a bit of a language barrier. I told them I wanted the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned along with the floors and dusting of everything. After 1 1/2 hours they said they were done. I went and checked their work and my guest bathroom shower door hadn't been cleaned as well as the sink and I'm not sure the shower was cleaned. One lady went back to her car and came in and cleaned the door and sink. The floors were left sticky from the solution they used to "mop", and I use that term loosely, because they used some kind of solution to spray on the floor and then go over it with a microfiber broom, there was no mopping. There was debris left on the floor after vacuuming and streaks left from the "mopping". After they left, I discovered that they did not dust my furniture in the bedroom or any of the blinds. They didn't clean the baseboards or the bottom of the toilets. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they were polite. Next time I'll do my own cleaning. read more
