We decided to reach out to KK's about having someone watch our dogs for the weekend and then transport them safely to wherever we needed. Rachael ended up being the person who watched our two dogs and she was FABULOUS!!! She set up a meet and greet with us a month before the wedding so that our dogs could meet her in our home where they felt safe. She was immediately so warm, kind and all about our two dogs!! They LOVED her! The weekend of our wedding, she came to our home to pick them up at our designated time while we were at the rehearsal dinner and she sent us photos of them safely at her house where they were playing and having so much fun. The day of the wedding she communicated with us about her whereabouts and even arrived super early to the destination- so prompt and punctual. We actually ended up moving locations for photos due to high wind/weather and she was super accommodating and never once made us feel bad about having to move where she was already parked. She had the dogs dressed in their wedding attire and kept them super safe and secure while we were taking photos. It's a tall task to ask of someone when dogs get really over stimulated as they were pulling a lot and she handled it with pure grace!! She dropped them off on Sunday after we were able to make it home and the dogs were tuckered out from her keeping them busy- she even took them to get ice cream after photos because they did such a good job. I honestly cannot recommend this company and Rachael enough!!!! This was the best decision we could have made and Rachael made us feel so comfortable with the entire weekend, we were never once worried about our precious kiddos. We started taking our Shih Tzu to Pet Ranch for grooming as our usual place had some recent staffing issues. The appointments should be booked well in advance to be sure to stick to your grooming schedule. I found the grooming staff to listen to what you are looking for and respond appropriately. So far we have had 3 grooming sessions and are dog looks great!

They told us our boys had some anxiety and nervousness and when they went in with other dogs, they acted shy and standoffish. For a first time evaluation and daycare, you would think the staff would know how to introduce dogs to others in a fashion that would make them comfortable. I mean how are dogs suppose to react with they aren't normally boarded like this. Our dogs are very social at the dog park and in general. My wife asked where they had been all day, and they said they had been separated but saw dogs in passing. Which made us think they had been in a kennel all day. Regardless our boys will NOT be going back...Very bad experience.

I used to think this place was great. I'm not sure what's happened since they've opened, but I…read morewon't use them anymore. One of our puppies got injured twice here. The first time he got into some sort to tiff with another dog and ended up with a cut above his eye. No one said anything to me about it when we left and I didn't notice it until we put him in the car. I came back in and they then addressed it and explained what happened. "It stopped bleeding but if it looks worse let us know." Gee thanks for your empathy and concern. The second time (and reason I will not recommend or use them again)they brought him out from daycare/boarding. They didn't have him on a leash and he surfed the counter and ended up spraining his front leg. I believe he also caught a virus there (but no way to prove this). I ended up taking him to the vet the following Monday as he was vomiting and limping. When we came back the following Saturday I brought a copy of his vet bill and asked them to reimburse them for 1/2 of his check up and his anti-inflammatory meds. Their response was sheer agitation and after giving me attitude their only response was to offer a free day of daycare or to put it towards future training (ridiculous). I felt this incident was handled in a very unprofessional manner and was met with hostility by the manager for even requesting this. They should be glad he wasn't injured worse! Which brings me to training. I felt that our trainer was very nice, but not very organized. I asked multiple times throughout our puppy course to get a list of the things we needed to work on throughout the week. I asked to be emailed the things we missed one week....no emails. We were also supposed to be emailed our "graduation day" photos. Never emailed. We had 2 puppies in the class and they are pretty closely bonded and I felt they didn't get much out of class at the same time. There was an earlier morning class and in hindsight I felt like a good trainer would've strongly suggested splitting up our puppies. Also if you ever watch the dogs on camera it seems like there are at least 20-30 dogs in each group for a small area with 1 person watching maybe sometimes 2. This seems very unsafe even though dogs are tested prior to being allowed into groups. Accidents can still happen. The place is very pricey...like most of its main competitors. 0 stars
