Been going over a year and I really like them. My dog is very timid and he's never over shaken by…read morehis time with them. He gets a full bath and cut every time as he is non-shedding. I come in and am satisfied with their work: well cleaned and groomed, nails filed without injury, no nicks from the shears, and his generally calm (for him) disposition upon my return. Probably the one thing I'd say is that they don't always notify you right away when your dog is finished with the groom. Not that big of deal for me.

I've been here a handful of times since I've moved to the area. Most recently, I purchased a…read moreharness for a dog I'm fostering. I was told if he wore it and it didn't fit, they would accept it back as long as I had the receipt and tag. I bought it on a Wednesday and attempted to return it on a Friday. He wore it once for a long walk and I removed it when I came home. It didn't fit him well and seemed too snug for continued use, specifically around his neck. Somehow on our walk it became frayed on the underside. I tried to exchange it with the intention of buying one of the nicer harnesses. I was told they would be unable to resell it bc "he must've chewed it up". Which didn't happen. He only had it on for the walk and was taken off when we got back. I was told it wasn't too small then and we can't resell it". People are constantly saying to support local businesses. Return policies like this make it difficult when big stores like petco or petsmart will exchange with 0 hassle. For a store that is empty every time I've been there, I would think they'd be more understanding and relaxed in an exchange, especially considering I was going to spend more money than the first time I was there.

Thank goodness Gardner now has a pet supply store in town!! Went by today and picked up several…read morethings we needed and several I just had to have for my pups! Chiefs gear for my fur babies and the cutest super hero collars too. I will be back often. Especially when I can have option to have them bath my dogs or I can do it myself. Prices are good and staff was so helpful and nice! Just the right size shop and if I can't find what I need I can order it right there in store. Check it out!!

Not a good experience. Made an appointment for my 17 year old dog for a complete groom yet when I…read morepicked him up his underside was not trimmed and his head and face were not groomed at all. Even though it was only a partial groom, I was charged for a complete groom. In addition, I was also charged an upcharge as supposedly a second groomer was needed to hold him. I was never told there was a potential for an upcharge even though I made it explicitly clear both when I made the appointment AND when I dropped him off that he could be difficult. I was charged $70.00 for a groom that left my dog looking ridiculous. When I questioned being charged for a complete groom even though his underside and head and face were not groomed, the groomer said "well I did spend 45 minutes on him". That, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I was not opposed to paying some for the groom, but being charged for a full groom is ludicrous, especially for the groom that my dog received. I cannot recommend this grooming establishment.

I appreciate them for this because I like to get my cats groomed and many places don't offer this service. Both of my cats just get a bath and a cut and nail trim.
