You can sample any of the oils and vinegars for free throughout the store. I found a balsamic vinegar that I ended up liking so much that I bought it. That's the idea here. It's a fun time either way to walk around and sample. I think you'll find something unique that you can't get at common grocery stores. The worker behind the counter was friendly, answered questions and explained the signs for each product that have ratings, nutritional info, etc. They charge a credit card fee of a few percent, but that seems to be the terms across this whole town.
