It had gone from a few mild issues to completely unusable, and I assumed it was a Windows problem. Even then, I couldn't get it to boot from an external drive. It would power on, try to load, and fail every time. These two brothers went above and beyond. They methodically tested every possibility, even swapping in known‑working parts to isolate the issue. Through careful troubleshooting, they determined the motherboard had failed. They took the time to explain the process, the difficulty of sourcing a replacement, and what the repair would realistically involve. When I asked what I owed them for all their time and effort, they told me they'd be willing to take the laptop as a parts donation to help future customers. That hit me right in my core values. Their honesty, integrity, and genuine desire to help people is rare. This experience made me a huge fan. I would trust them with any computer I own. The other day someone actually asked me if I was using a brand new computer after the fans/ keyboard/screen was cleaned at Computech. Service is always super fast and thorough. I don't know anything about computers, including my own laptop and these guys will never make you feel silly (As a woman, going into other tech shops, this is a common issue for me). Earlier this year, when my boyfriend was getting his computer "checked up", the tech noticed signs that the fans were close to dying - Computech got into contact with us and offered to order and install the fans. They were extremely transparent about the cost of the fans and labor, making it clear that they were providing service at an extremely reasonable price. We will go back to these guys time and time again because of their friendly, fast, and well priced services.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
