The front desk staff greeted me warmly, making sure I was checked-in smooth and quick. I took my initial assessment and the doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also she made sure that I felt comfortable and understood the whole process. Provided room to answer questions and make sure I was on the same page as them. The expectations were set clear from the beginning so I knew what was to come. Throughout my visits, I noticed that everyone truly enjoys what they do. The physical therapists and assistants were not only knowledgeable but also passionate about helping patients heal. They took the time to listen, thoroughly answer all my questions, and ensure I understood my treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and they tailored each session to my specific needs. But most importantly, they healed my pain. I came in struggling with discomfort that was affecting my daily life, making it hard to do anything with my left side of my body. Pain starting at my neck all the way down to my foot. Through their expertise, guidance, and hands-on care, I experienced real relief. It would have been nice to know they fixed it because I was concerned someone else with not as good reflexes could get hurt and I didn't want that to happen. Overall they delivered on what I expected.
