Then to make matters worse, the dealership informed me the failure would NOT be covered under the extended warranty. All repairs would be my responsibility. After three phone calls and lots of tears I remember the advertising for Stark Mobile Detailing and immediately called. I can't say enough positives about my experience. Lee promptly returned my call and text message, he gave me great details on what I could realistically expect and he even squeezed me into his schedule. The only day available, Sunday June 17th. Owner was condescending and rude pretty much from the start blaming the insurance companies for undercutting his prices and that they were trying to make a killing from all the claims coming in from the hail damage storm. In the end he still got $250 from me (insurance reimbursed) for doing the estimate. I don't ever recall being charged for estimates before and after the discussions with the owner it seems he is the one trying gouge people for more money. I told him my comp deductible is $100 and that is all I'll be paying. Luckily Caliber Collison works with insurance companies and has a better reputation. DO NOT GO HERE.

This individual is a con artist, a thief, and a liar, not only to strangers but also to his own family. A few years ago, he partnered with a detailing company, but that business also failed.
