I'm in Brockton, Ma just outside of Boston and needed to do a load or two, my sisters machine being unavailable. Went to my trusty Yelp app and up popped Wash n Go. Plugged it in to GPS and wallah! Took me straight to DM Laundry....the DM stands for Dream Machine. Yah. I know I said Wash n Go, but there's been a change in ownership. Anyways I was just expecting the usual...y'know, imdifferent attendant if any at all, one or two malfunctioning machines, etc....But It Wasn't!!! Let's start with the amenities and there are many. Mon and Tues 15% of DML money, Wed 1/2 off wash n fold, Free Dryer Thurs, and my personal favorite: Coffee and donuts Sat and Sunday lThere's free Wifi and in rhe back, 2 pool tables. For the kids there's a bank of arcade games and a basketball machine also. Now thats how I like to do laundry!!! Speaking of which, the machines are brand new and you have the option of using coins or Visa/MC...talk about convenience at your fingertips. Signage is clear and takes a common sense approach. To me, however, the real asset is Ms (Awesome) Amalia. She is like the energizer bunny with a smile. A shining example that all laundry attendants should follow. She should teach a class. I also met David (He's a Vet... thank you for your service) ...very cordial, useful, and busy. Additionally, this is at least a 50% veteran owned establishment. In any case, I had a superior laundry experience and hope you will support this business because it makes doing laundry cool again.

Dryers cost $0.25 per 8 minutes (not enough time to completely dry a load). You have to pay $1 to purchase a card to use the machines and then you can add credit to the card using cash. There is an attendant available who is nice and willing to help even if you're confused about what to do when you first walk in. I gave 3 stars because although the area was okay, it ruined my mood to have to pay that much just to wash & dry one load of clothes.

Ive stopped there 3 times, once it was just closed during the middle of the day with the open sign on, and the last time she told me she was closing early and that I couldn't do my own laundry there (after she let me bring all 5 bags to the door) I would have to pay to have them do it or go elsewhere. I left and will NEVER bother stopping at that place again!!!!

I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake.

I walked into one of the CLEANEST looking UNCROWDED places I've seen. The employees were wonderful and helped explain how to use the machines. One employee walked around and wiped down the tops of the washers where people dripped the soap. They have all sizes of washers available. Their prices seem pretty standard for washing machines and dryers. I WILL definitely come back to do my laundry here again! Before starting, I specifically asked an employee which washer I should use because I wanted to make sure I didn't have any issues. She told me she didn't know but said none of the machines had been having problems. After spending $9 on a washer and adding liquid detergent, Tide Pods, scent beads, fabric softener, and laundry sanitizer, I noticed about 20 minutes later that the machine was still stuck on the pre-wash cycle. There wasn't a single sud in sight, just water continuously running. I asked another employee--an older woman--if it was normal for the machine to stay on pre-wash that long. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. After pressing several buttons, she finally admitted the machine was broken and told me I had to move all of my soaking wet towels and laundry into another washer myself. When I asked what was going to be done about all of the laundry products I had just wasted, she laughed, said, "There's nothing I can do," and walked away. She eventually brought over a cart, but instead of offering to help, apologize, or show any concern, she stood over me while I struggled to move heavy, soaking wet laundry. I got completely soaked in the process, nearly slipped walking back and forth, and she continued humming and singing as if nothing had happened. After I continued expressing how rude and unprofessional the situation was, they did pay for another washer, which they absolutely should have since the original machine was broken. However, the only acknowledgment of all the laundry products I lost was a small cup of Tide detergent. That didn't come close to replacing everything I had already put into the first machine, including liquid detergent, Tide Pods, scent beads, fabric softener, and laundry sanitizer. Machines break--I understand that. What I don't understand is laughing at a customer, showing no empathy, offering no apology, and making someone handle soaking wet laundry alone while acting as though they're the inconvenience. Customer service costs nothing, and this experience showed a complete lack of it. Since this business only has one location, I was surprised to find that the website photos looked nothing like the laundromat I walked into. The difference between the advertised appearance and the actual facility was significant.
