I cannot believe how absolutely perfect the hemming of my charmeuse silk OVER 60 YEARS OLD dress turned out. I also needed it in 2 days. She managed to not only meet this deadline but exceed all expectations. She fixed my dress so I can wear it for a very long time. The sewing is absolutely perfect. The dress was in a delicate state, with parts that were on the verge of deterioration. Honestly, I was concerned about the strain on the aged zipper and the overall fit. I was then told my comforter wasn't ready and would be delivered a week from the drop off (I didn't order any special service for it). I get home and my comforter was in the bag... Both times I have come here, the attendant (female the first time and male the second time) were both very helpful and friendly to myself and to others. Although this might not be a "high-end" laundromat (i don't know if those even exist) it fulfilled the job I needed it to do; CLEAN MY CLOTHES! I have no complaints, except that currently the LARGE dryers have someone's dried clothes sitting in them and no one is able to use them. They should be removed by the staff so other customers can use them (or these people need to come get their clothes). Overall I've had no issue. **EDIT: Once my clothes finished washing, I spoke with the male attendant and he kindly removed the dried clothes that were sitting in the large dryer for the last 45 minutes so I was able to use it to dry my clothes.
